The care home is lovely, staff are consistent and always greet you with a smile, the activities on offer are wonderful and are updated monthly. All other residents seem relaxed, happy and well cared for. Staff are always on hand should we need to ask them anything and reassuring if we have any concerns.
The facilities are clean and tidy, I feel my friend is very well cared for here, the menus are amazing and nutritional. I would highly recommend this care home.

Our mum recently stayed at Lisburne Court for a short-term assessment, and she settled in so well that we asked if she could stay permanently. She has been truly happy there from the very start. The staff are exceptionally caring and professional, and it's clear they genuinely care for every resident.

The

rooms are spotlessly clean, and Mum herself is always well cared for and immaculately looked after. The meals provided are very good, and the range of activities they offer is brilliant-there's always something engaging going on, and they make both residents and families feel very welcome.

We're really happy with the care Mum receives at Lisburne Court and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, supportive, and well-run home for their loved one.

Mum was admitted at short notice and within 2 days, was asking 'if we could buy the place' as she felt so settled. Staff care for her very well and are obviously fond of her, treating her with such care, respect and dignity. Home very clean and a variety of activities included that mum has thoroughly
enjoyed. The manager, assistant manager and all the staff are very approachable and helpful. Thank you for your care!

My mother in law is brilliantly looked after by kind, helpful, friendly and compassionate management and staff.
She is very comfortable, always clean and well dressed, with plenty to eat and drink. Her room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff regularly talk to her, using her name. They all
know instantly who we have come to see, where she is, and if she is 'ina good moore' or 'not herself'!
Reply from Hayley Weston, Manager at Lisburne CourtThank you for your comments, I will pass on to the staff. We love looking after your mum and seeing her happy

The manager, assistant manager and senior staff do an excellent job to ensure my relative is treated with respect, care and compassion and are always available to help with advice, support and reassurance. The vast majority of carers know my relative by name and have taken the time to understand him
as his illness progresses. His room is spotless, and he really enjoys the food provided. The range of activities provided by the activities coordinated are excekkebt and varied. The efforts made by all the team at Christmas were exemplary.

My mother is very dependent so the carers have to assist her with all care. She is always clean, comfortable and well cared for Her nutritional needs are fully met and she has now started to put on weight. The staff are happy and well managed and there is very little turnover. They are kind and caring

My mum has been in Lisburne Court for five and a half years! Since day one in May 2020, start of covid, she found it easy to adjust. The staff have been very supportive and caring, and nothing is too much trouble! Food is very tasty! Mums room is spacious, clean and practical. Any problems and the staff/
management are happy to help.
Activities are amazing and varied and aimed for all abilities. The facilitator at Lisburne, Laura, is fantastic!

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.877)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.877) out of 10 for Lisburne Court is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 47 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 46 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.877 for Lisburne Court is calculated as follows: ( (511 Excellents x 5) + (39 Goods x 4) + (9 Satisfactorys x 3) + (3 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 562 Ratings = 4.877
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Lisburne Court is based on 46 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 48 registered maximum number of service users is 9.6, which has been reached with 46 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
