I have only had a positive experience in all areas of care and support.

January 2024 has been no different, long may it continue.

I am very happy with my mum's care, they are very approachable and always willing to help. Every member of staff is always pleasant and we always end up laughing over something. They have plenty of entertainment and a full diary of activities. It's a modern, clean and bright home.

The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome when arriving to visit my mum. Always smiling.

My mother is 97 years old and has lived at Lisburne Court for 5.5 years. During all this time her care has been excellent and she has always been treated with dignity and respect, I have always felt welcomed by the staff when I visit. The regular GP care facilitated by the home is brilliant and has avoided unnecessary trips to the hospital. Thank you.

Since my wife was admitted to her care home in April of this year she has been well looked after by the staff. My wife is still at the stage where she can communicate. She gets on well with the staff which makes a big difference to her daily life. Any medical problems during her residence have been dealt with quickly and successfully.

I absolutely love this place, the place is bright and always clean. The staff are all fantastic, they are always friendly and helpful. There is nothing they wouldn't do to go that little bit further to help us. My mum is well cared for and always looks good when I visit her. The staff always contact me if she needs anything or has an accident. I never need to worry about her and lots of activities too.

The health and safety and end of care is excellent.

Dad has recently settled in with ease thanks to the highly attentive caring and supportive staff. Having such fantastic staff has been a huge relief and so reassuring to our family. My dad always looks happy, clean, freshly shaven and comfortable. The staff all work so hard to entertain the residents with family always invited to events which really helps us to share more happy times together.

So relieved my mother is a resident at Lisburn Court. The carers are so gentle and understanding not just with my mother but with all residents. Thank you Lisburne Court compliments to the management and cannot forget the carers and the entertainment manager you are awesome! They are never bored and the monthly relatives meeting updates us on what is happening and what is coming up.

Mum seems to have settled in well and seems happy. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and really try their best with the residents. There is a good range of activities for residents, and the staff are always looking for nice things for residents to do. Very pleased with the care Mum has received so far.

Having to put my husband into a care home was upsetting and daunting for me. However, it seems it was the best solution for both of us. I feel he is well looked after and content. The staff are always helpful, cheerful and caring. He doesn't keep asking to return home, which I had expected and dreaded. He enjoys all the food, even if he forgets what he's just eaten.

We are very happy with the care Mum has received since coming to Lisburne Court. The staff are always happy to help, and they couldn't do more to try and make Mum's life as pleasant as possible.

Mum is well looked after.

I would like to praise the staff and management who went above and beyond in their care for my wife, who had a fall and had to go to the hospital for the day and was bedridden for three weeks at the home and was treated with professional care and concern. My wife is now recovering quickly due to the total commitment of the competent and experienced staff. I cannot thank them enough.

Couldn't be any better.

Excellent care provider. Supported my mum in a caring and sensitive way since she became a resident. Continue to provide a pleasant, human and competent service. My mum is happy and contented.

The family here can agree we have seen positive mood changes with my gran too! So thank you, Lisburne Court, keep up the brilliant work, and thank you for setting my mind at ease as to the care and attention you give to all of your residents with my grandmother included!

Well run home, the management and the staff are both caring and professional. The facilities are up to date and kept clean, the meals look very appetizing. The home has a very varied activities schedule, something to interest virtually everyone.
