I have found the home clean and smells fresh. Food looks great. Carers are all very polite. I go three times a week now but I went every day up to April.

I am very pleased with how well the care home runs. The staff and management have loads of patience. There is always some sort of activity to do or go to. They try to get everyone to be involved. I find this home a very happy atmosphere and place to visit.

My mum was a resident at Lisburne Court for four years until she passed away in January. Me and my family were very pleased with the excellent care she received and the large amount of varied activities provided, which my mum liked to join in. When my mum was put on end-of-life care, she was treated with the utmost care, respect and dignity, and we, as a family, were well supported.

Mum has been a resident at Lisburne Court over two years now and is more wobbly and cheeky now, but yet again, the lovely activities lady gave Mum a fantastic '91st' birthday party - singer, dance, balloons, buffet and another happy memory for family to treasure. Food varied and tasty, caters to Mum's diabetic diet brilliantly. I'm convinced Mum is still with us due to the hard-working caring staff who give her so much fun and affection plus input of seniors who are super efficient and patient at seeing to Mum's medical needs. Mum loves the staff and is very happy in their company, her huge smile as soon as she sees them says it all. Thank you.

I always feel confident that my mum is receiving excellent care. All the staff are kind and friendly. Always lots going on regarding entertainment and trips out.

It is naturally a very hard time seeing my mum's condition deteriorate and it breaks my heart every time I see her but I know she is safe and being cared for with dignity. It is important to me that her appearance is near with matching clothes, hair done and clean nails, as she has always been a proud lady.

As always, when we visited, Mum appeared well cared for and content. As we live in Kent, we are only able to visit a few times a year, but we are always struck by how helpful and upbeat all the staff are. We can tell that they know Mum really well and understand her individual needs. We were very happy that Mum lives at Lisbyrne Vourt and appreciate the care she receives.

In the middle of 2023 it became clear that Mum's worsening conditions meant we had to find her a care home and one that was near a certain town. With trepidation we began a search and after many visits to many care homes chose Lisburne Court. It just stood out from the rest.
A friendly welcome, a lovely staff-resident relationship, a well-organised unbelievable entertainment and activity program, so clean and warm and overall a very well-run care home.

January 2024 has been no different, long may it continue.

I am very happy with my mum's care, they are very approachable and always willing to help. Every member of staff is always pleasant and we always end up laughing over something. They have plenty of entertainment and a full diary of activities. It's a modern, clean and bright home.

My mother is 97 years old and has lived at Lisburne Court for 5.5 years. During all this time her care has been excellent and she has always been treated with dignity and respect, I have always felt welcomed by the staff when I visit. The regular GP care facilitated by the home is brilliant and has avoided unnecessary trips to the hospital. Thank you.

Since my wife was admitted to her care home in April of this year she has been well looked after by the staff. My wife is still at the stage where she can communicate. She gets on well with the staff which makes a big difference to her daily life. Any medical problems during her residence have been dealt with quickly and successfully.

I absolutely love this place, the place is bright and always clean. The staff are all fantastic, they are always friendly and helpful. There is nothing they wouldn't do to go that little bit further to help us. My mum is well cared for and always looks good when I visit her. The staff always contact me if she needs anything or has an accident. I never need to worry about her and lots of activities too.
