Very nice staff. Good food, clean room. Would recommend this care home. It's a lovely care home.

I am very happy with this care home staff are wonderful and caring very good food. Room lovely and bright very clean. I would recommend this care home to anyone. Excellent service and care to my mum.

The main negative we have with Reinbek is sometimes not getting mid-morning and mid-afternoon cups of tea. Overall the care and attention mum receives is on the whole good. Mum would like to have more baths but understand it depends on staff availability etc.

This is a really nice place to be I enjoy seeing everyones happy smiles

Bamford Close is amazing, beautiful place. Residents are well cared for, well fed, and clean, no smells whatsoever, Mom had a birthday and they made it so very special. If you ever need to be in a care home then this is where you want to be, nothing is any trouble.

The T dance and Prom were well arranged by the entertainment staff.

Very pleased with everthing I see in the home the staff are amazing. Cant fault anything.

We couldn't recommand enough we would be happy pass on to others.

My wife Eileen has been a resident at D2A Bruce Lodge. Offerton, Stockport. from 22nd July The staff have been so careing and attentive All the carers have been fabulous and cheery outstanding looking after my wifes needs and medical treatment +By Doctor & Nurses also The facilities building and garden area are lovely, user friendly. My wife health and dementia have improved over the months especially with all the staffs loveing care and attention (I would highly recommend Bruce Lodge)

I appreciate sitting and watching all the lovely residents have a good time and get along with the staff so well

Wellcroft have been amazing right from the beginning. I was really worried about moving Dad into a home and had looked at a few that I didn't like, but walking into Wellcroft immediately felt warm, welcoming and homely. All the staff have been incredible but a special mention to Sam who held my hand through the whole process. They really do live by the mantra of supporting the whole family not just the resident. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

When I made the decision that my wife had to have full time residential care because of her Alzheimer's condition I was filled with dread. But Silverdale was exactly the right choice. Because of the care and dedication of the staff she settled in very quickly. She has never once complained about the home or the staff and the thing that has made the transition so smooth is that the carers are not just carers but that they are really caring and that is what makes Silverdale special

Feel his room is rather small and dark and food should be better quality but very happy with decision to choose Shepley House.

Very caring staff who have helped my mum to settle in. Mum's dementia symptoms have improved due to having company and stimulation in the home. There are lots of activities including singers, music, crafts and gentle exercise. Birthdays and special occasions are celebrated.

I find all the staff very warm and welcoming and nothing seems too much trouble for them. The place is always full of activities and my wife loves it when the Animals visit for there walk about. My wife loves the staff and they equally do the same I would definitely recommend Shepley House for their care and professionalism. So many thanks to Jon and his team xx

My mum has been in Shepley House for nearly 2 years and has always thought of it as her home now. The staff are all lovely and they are all regular staff there. They all know my mum's needs. Shepley House is always very clean and her room is always kept nice. They have regular entertainment which my mum enjoys. I am so happy we were able to get my mum in there

We looked round several residential homes before settling on Shepley as, although it's no grand country mansion style home, the quality of care along with the positivity of the staff mean that we are confident that my mother is in the best place for her needs.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support my father-in-law receives at the care home. From the moment he arrived, the staff have been kind, caring and genuinely attentive to his needs.

It's a great comfort to know that he is being looked after by people who treat him with dignity, patience and respect. The staff are always friendly and approachable, and it's clear that they really care about the residents rather than simply seeing it as a job.

Communication with the family has also been excellent, and we always feel that any concerns or questions are listened to and dealt with promptly.

Most importantly, we can see that he is happy and well cared for, which gives the whole family great peace of mind. We would have no hesitation in recommending this care home to anyone looking for somewhere their loved one will be treated with kindness, compassion and respect.

The staff at Shepley House are amazing, they have shown exceptional kindness and compassion to my Mum, who has advanced dementia. I have always been welcomed when visiting, and found it to be a safe, comfortable and spacious place. I also appreciated them keeping in contact, particularly when Mum was having a sing-along during the regular entertainment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shepley and its staff for their excellent care.
