I know my mum is safe and well cared for. :)

Following my review about neglect, abuse, humiliation and theft from my father it's 9 months since he died and it had taken this long for this dreadful place to ring my brother to collect dad's sentimental belongings and to no surprise all his original paintings have been stolen, a painting that meant a lot to him also stolen, his watch and glasses all missing all they have returned us a book that wasn't his and a few pictures - they have not had the decency to even return the wedding ring they forced off his finger. I reiterate what a nasty thieving place this is who didn't deserve my father. No morals or care for anyone except what they can steal from vulnerable residents. Very very horrid.

The atmosphere you get in lisburne is like no other the best staff and manager making the visit to see my mum more bearable.nothing is to much trouble for them and it's always clean and tidy and a good selection of activities and food

We love this care home. Hayley and all her staff truly care for my mother in law in every way. They make sure she is clean, well fed and her room is clean and tidy all the time. They let us know straight away if they have any concerns.

Reinbek is Amazing, Staff are Brilliant, very Approachable, They have become like family whilst dad has been there for 2 yrs. If we ever (it is not often) have a problem, we know we can talk to someone & it will be resolved. My only issue I have is that there isn't enough going on in the day to keep residents occupied. My dad has dementia so probably wouldn't bother him but there are residents who are of sound mind who are very bored.

From the first day at Lisburne Court I have liked the way my Mum has been spoken to and the way She has been spoken about. She has been kept clean and tidy in her appearance and the way She is dressed. If I have noticed that She has needed attention She has been attended to promptly and respectfully. I have liked the way in which other service users / residents are spoken to and interacted with. Staff has always known Mum's name and where She is and I have observed individual Staff interacting with other tenants with kindness dignity and respect and humour. I am very pleased Mum found her way to Lisburne Court after a very disappointing earlier placement.

Jean is my wife I can't praise the staff enough from the manager to all the carers they are wonderful.

My mother has been a resident for over 5 years and in this time she has received care that treats her with care and dignity. The staff are kind and loving towards the residents. The ethos of the home is driven by the manager in my experience. The home is well led and I feel that staff are supported and happy at work. The stimulation and social activity provided is excellent and far exceeds my expectations in every sense. Food is varied and presented in many different ways with ideas that include special celebrations and treats. My mother's full care needs are delivered with kindness and individual to her.

Everyone who works at Lisburne Court deserves an award.

My dad in this care home is well looked after and the care he receives is wonderful. All the staff are very caring and lovely, and my dad is happy to be there.

This care home is absolutly out standing it's everything my self and my sister could ever wish for in the care our dad is receiving

This care home is excellent, mum loves living here & is very happy & settled. It is obvious that mum is always well cared for as she's always kept clean & tidy. She's also very fond of all the staff who when my mum gives them a hug she always gets one in return. Everyone is so kind & caring to all the residents & you can see how well cared for they all are. The home is lovely & clean. The activities are outstanding that they have on, all organised by their fantastic activity coordinator. I always know who I can go to if I ever need to find out anything about my mum. Well done Lisburn, thank you so much for always making mum so happy.

y a visit from a Donkey!! The residents all seem really happy and so do the staff - both are really important to me as it shows that the home is well run and managed

Lovely ,clean facilities . Staff are friendly , approachable and chatty. Lots of wonderful activities offered to the residents. My friend is very settled there and enjoys the company of the other residents. Amazing menu.

The staff are lovely and always smiling.

Mum became a resident in September, settled very well and seems to be enjoying the company of other residents along with the activities. All staff are approachable, friendly professional and supportive with both relatives and residents. Out of the homes we visited I am glad we managed to get a place at Lisburne Court.

Bamford isn't just a home for grandma. it's a place of comfort, for me its become a place of gratitude.
