I cannot put into words how grateful I am that my dad is cared for and looked after by a great team at Bryn Haven. The staff are usually very welcoming and polite and are happy to answer any questions or give advice if asked for. Even though my dad is now bed-bound I can tell that he is comfortable and while it is difficult to know his feelings I get the sense that he is happy with his room and surroundings. He is lucky enough to have a garden view which is very calming.

Visited my beloved friend on Valentine's Day, was invited to stay for tea. What an effort the staff had gone to, beautifully decorated, wonderful food. This place is not a care home, it's a real home, the people residing here are treated as they would be when they were at their own home. I have visited quite a few residential homes over the years, and this is by far the best. If I ever had to end my days in care, this is the place I would want it to be. My mum has been really well looked after here. The staff are so loving and caring and my mum and all of our family are extremely grateful. The activities that the staff put in place are excellent and bring a smile to everyone's faces.

All staff from the manager to every member of the team, carers and ancillary workers alike are faultless. Nothing is too much trouble. If my aunt is unwell I am immediately notified and advised as to the course of action the home is taking, with the support of relevant medical professionals. Most of all, I am so grateful for the wide range of activities on offer, ensuring a stimulating and positive environment. I feel very blessed that my aunt is cared for in this outstanding home.
