We have always found the staff to be understanding and professional in the care provided. They quickly identify any changes in the resident and take appropriate action to refer to other health care professionals, which provides us with a good deal of reassurance. The accommodation is spacious, with wide corridors and the standard of cleanliness is exceptionally high. Many thanks to all the staff, it is much appreciated.

My dad has been a resident here for a couple of months. The staff are amazing. My dad's mental health has improved we couldn't be happier with the care he receives.

Dad has been in Reinbek for about five weeks now. Moving him to residential care was a very difficult and upsetting decision for us. He has flourished within the home. He is eating well, drinking better and enjoying the company. Socially, physically and cognitively he has improved. He would prefer to be at home but as he says if he can't be at home he can't imagine anywhere better than Reinbek.

Reinbek is a friendly environment and mum seems quite happy. It must be challenging meeting the needs of so many residents all the time. Since covid there have been many challenges but since we have a new Manager she has been far more open and understanding of resident’s and their family's needs.

Very satisfied with the care given to my wife. I am comforted knowing that she is receiving such good care. my grateful thanks to all concerned. When I visit I am made to feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble

My mother has been a resident at Reinbek since November 2017. During this time I have been very impressed with the way she has been treated and looked after by the staff. They are friendly, polite and are always happy to help you. The home itself is welcoming and always spotless! Throughout the pandemic the staff have worked incredibly hard to attend to the needs of the residents and have kept me informed as Covid procedures have changed. Most of all I have complete reassurance that my mother is being treated well and looked after at all times.

My mother needs enormous help as she cannot walk and her body is weak. She has received great physical support and her dignity is valued. Reinbek is a caring cheerful place a home from home for the residents. I live abroad and the staff go out of the way to communicate with me and always have a big welcome when I can visit.

My mum has lived here for a few years, she is extremely happy here. All the staff go above and beyond to make the residents happy and comfortable they always have a smile on their faces. I can’t rate the home and the staff highly enough.

Choosing a care home for a loved one is such a massive decision for anyone but when my oldest friend needed full-time care Reinbek was recommended to her family. I have been to visit her several times and the home has such a warm and friendly atmosphere, all the staff are very welcoming and the Management team always make an effort to say hello when I visit. My dear friends' family have had nothing but positive words to say about the care home and it is very reassuring to know she is safe and well looked after. The home always smells lovely and is spotlessly clean. The management team should be very proud of the service they are running. I would happily recommend Reinbek to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

The Reinbeck is a very well-run care home. All the staff are very welcoming and the management team are excellent; all the staff should be proud of themselves. My mum moved in six weeks ago after breaking her hip and a long stay in hospital meant she wouldn't ever be able to return home. This was obviously a very upsetting time for the family but the team at The Reinbeck have helped her settle in quickly and also supported my dad, who still lives in the family home, to adjust to this new normal for them both. Many of the rooms, both communal spaces and private bedrooms have undergone very recent refurbishment and as a result, it is a very pleasant place to spend time with your loved ones. The whole care home is spotlessly clean and always smells fresh. The team went above and beyond for the Jubilee celebrations and the activities coordinator works hard to enrich the life of the residents. There is a large private garden surrounded by mature trees and it has been very pleasant sitting out.

My father has been in Reinbek for over a year and I am very happy at the way he is cared for. The Reinbeck after its refurbishment is always very clean and the staff are very attentive to my father and he is well looked after. So thanks to all the management and hard-working staff.

Every time I have visited my mum the staff have always been very polite. Mum loves it here. She enjoys some of the activities. All the staff treat mum which respect and dignity. They are all very good at understanding mum's needs.

Although my mum was discharged from hospital to Reinbek and we were not as a family involved in that choice we could not have chosen better! Mum is always treated with dignity by all the staff and they clearly care about the residents. During a particularly difficult traumatic time for the family, the staff were always on hand to help and reassure me. Particularly impressed by the appearance and cleanliness of the home.

I would recommend the home to anyone looking for residential care for their loved ones.

My mother has been at Reinbek for nearly 7 years and in that time, she has been well looked after. When we visit, she always looks nice and she is happy. All the staff are very caring and are like family.

My dad has been in Reinbek for almost a year now. Choosing residential care is a very difficult decision; it is difficult to know what to look for and what to expect. Without a doubt, Dad made the right choice. The care at Reinbek is superb which is all down to the staff. Dad sees the staff as friends and since the start, they have done everything possible to make sure that he feels safe, cared for and above all, happy. Even though this past year has been difficult due to Covid, with the many restrictions that it has brought, Dad and I could not praise the staff more highly.

If you have to put your parent into a care home it is a big decision for everyone. The choice is important and after doing some research we decided on Reinbek. It was a good choice and both my dad and myself were put at ease straight away. In my opinion, the home is run professionally but also with care which is vital. My dad has certain needs but they are dealt with in a caring manner. We are both new to the care home environment but very happy with our choice of Reinbek

Having visited many nursing homes I feel this one is a very happy caring place.
