My dad has lived at the Old Rectory for 5 years. He is settled there and has a good relationship with the staff, who are always kind and caring. The staff have changed over the years but do tend to stay for a long time. They are very well trained to care for the residents but importantly they have...
My dad has lived at the Old Rectory for 5 years. He is settled there and has a good relationship with the staff, who are always kind and caring. The staff have changed over the years but do tend to stay for a long time. They are very well trained to care for the residents but importantly they have all been caring and kind people. Dad is always clean and tidy and if he is poorly, the staff make sure he has any medical care he needs and inform me straight away. The home is welcoming when my family and I visit which we can do anytime. All in all we chose well when we chose the Old Rectory for my dad's care.

My mum has been a resident for over 7 years, Mum has always been treated with respect by all the staff. She is well cared for and all her needs are met. She is always clean and the staff are all well trained and always know what Mum needs.

My mum has been a resident at The Old Rectory for over 5 years, they look after her very well and understand her needs, they know her likes and dislikes and keep us all up to date if she is unwell. The staff are very caring and she is always clean and tidy.

Our mum has been a resident in The Old Rectory for over 7 1/2 years now and for all the time Mum has been well cared for. She has only ever received the very best of care, the staff are very considerate and caring there is nothing the staff won't do for her, she is always treated with care, respect...
Our mum has been a resident in The Old Rectory for over 7 1/2 years now and for all the time Mum has been well cared for. She has only ever received the very best of care, the staff are very considerate and caring there is nothing the staff won't do for her, she is always treated with care, respect and dignity.
If any matters need reporting to the management this is done without any problem and the matters are always dealt with as soon as they are reported.
Mum is always clean and well fed and we as a family are very satisfied with all the care that Mum receives there, when we visit the staff are always helpful and keep us well informed of mums condition.

I'm so grateful for the exceptional care my uncle receives at The Old Rectory. The facility is always spotless, creating a welcoming, comfortable space for residents and visitors alike. Staff are always welcoming and show care above and beyond their role.
During the COVID pandemic, the home has made it possible for us to keep in contact with mum via video calls or face to face through the window.
Staff keep me up to date with any medical concerns they have with regards to Mum's health (vascular dementia).
