My family and I are full of praise for the excellent service and care provided by the management and staff at this home. The only two questions that matter to me: 1. Is my elderly father happy there? (He has full mental capacity) 2. Are my family and I happy with the care he receives? To both these questions, the answer is Yes. From what I have seen and heard and experienced at this home, I believe Upton Grange is one of the best in its field and a model to learn from. They deserve the praise!
