Carmel Lodge Care Home

I have been visiting my friend here since she took up residence and have never seen a staff member reacting to even the most difficult residents except with friendly patience, it is most impressive. The home is kept immaculately clean. Residents are allowed to remain in their own rooms rather than sit in communal areas, if that is what they want.

My husband and I find Carmel Lodge a super care home. We were relieved when our friend went into Carmel Lodge, she was so happy and relaxed, that made us feel better. We have seen other homes and believe me Carmel Lodge is a the top for everything, they make us feel so welcome. I even said to my husband I wouldn't mind coming here when the time is right. So our hats off to Carmel Lodge, all the care team who do a wonderful job. We have seen it with our own eyes. When we have gone visiting no matter when we go different days Carmel Lodge is always spic and span. This place needs to be awarded for such a high degree in everything they do well done!
