Can't thank the staff at this home enough for the care given to my mum. She has been a resident for 21 months suffering from altzheimers and dementia and has been in a steady decline in her health and wellbeing over past few months and her care needs have increased significantly. During this time every avenue to maintain her comfort has been discussed and explored with myself and I have always been quickly updated when a solution has been reached. This has included the location and supply of physical aides to ensure she can still be included in any social activities and her overall comfort is maintained . More recently she has needed to be admitted to hospital via ambulance after a fall, where a carer remained with her throughout an overnight stay to ensure she wasn't distressed in a strange environment. Thanks again to all the excellent staff and management team at Jasmine Court.

Kind regards Paul Mears (son of resident)

Visited dad today, he was happily eating his cooked breakfast with a fellow resident. Dad appears very settled and happy at Jasmine Court, he has been there for almost a year. As I don't visit very often due to living 300 miles away. It was good to be acknowledged by the staff and manager Jeanette, they are always happy to chat and answer questions.

My husband is here for an extended respite. He is being cared for very well. All staff are very caring and respectful. He is treated with dignity during personal care, and encouraged to join in all activity. The staff recently worked extremely hard to give the residents a lovely VE day party, making sure everyone was included. If my husband was to be a permanent resident, I and my family would be very happy if it was here.

My mum and stepdad have both come to Jasmin Court in March this year. From my experience so far the staff are really caring I have got to know some of them quite well. My mum has shown small improvements in her health and they have helped with any problems that have arisen and dealt with them to the best of their ability. Its my mums 89th birthday soon and we are arranging a little party for her with the help of the staff and they are baking her a cake and this will be outside if the weather lets us. Every time I go I am made to feel very welcome even get offered lunch

My Auntie was a resident at Jasmine Court from November 2025 to the end of March 2026. The staff, and the care she received was excellent. My aunt originally was on the ground floor, but as her health deteriorated, she then moved to the top floor. She received the best care right to the end of her life. I can't praise the staff enough. They were all so caring. I would definitely recommend this carehome.

It took Alan Glaze a while to get used to Jasmine Court thanks to the hard work of the amazing staff, he is now very happy and not moving from Jasmine Court. Everyone is also very mindful about how the resident family are, as it is a stressful time for family and friends. The staff are always laughing and joking with each other, which means to me they are happy working at Jasmine Court. They are angels.

My mother and father in Law both live at this home and are very happy and settled here . The staff are fantastic and show great care for the residents. The care is personalised and they try hard to cater for individual needs and preferences. Staff are always approachable and nothing is too much trouble .

Our family have nothing but praise for Jasmine Court. Every single one of the team here are caring, compassionate and professional in their duties. The experience that they gave dad although he was only resident for a short period went above and beyond what we could possibly have expected. We were welcomed into Jasmine Court as a family and felt surrounded by people who cared. Thank you everybody for making a difficult time really special.

Review from Marie G (Daughter-in-law of Resident) published on 11 April 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My mother-in-law moved to Jasmine Court in early March. Having been living alone since her Alzheimer's diagnosis, it had become apparent that she was no longer safe on her own and we started looking for a suitable home for her where she would feel cared for, and loved. We visited lots of homes and Jasmine, by far, was the one that we felt was the right environment for Mum.

The manager and the whole team made moving Mum into the home so much easier by helping us through the process every step of the way. All the staff show us every single day in their actions and behaviours that we have made the right choice and we would not want to move her anywhere else. The whole team are like a family and this extends to the residents living in the home - we couldn't ask for more.

My Mum was moved to Jasmine Court (from a temporary placement) on the 13th March 2025. The manager and the team have made this process easy, fluent, and as comfortable as possible. For Mum, my wife and I, the process was one filled with many issues and questions, all of which were dealt with in a timely, professional, and sensitive manner. The care Mum now gets is excellent.
