Haslingden Hall is a purpose-built care home specialising in care for older people and provides 24-hour residential care, as well as complex dementia care, incorporating an active dementia strategy.

The home has been designed with the comfort, privacy and independent lifestyle choices of residents in mind. Each of the en-suite bedrooms are equipped with the latest facilities and amenities, with internet access and modern furniture and décor.

There are several warm and friendly communal spaces within the home, where social activity is encouraged and activities and events are organised. There is access to a quiet room, enjoyed by residents and their families during visits.

I have been so pleased that my mum is being looked after at Haslingden Hall.
Staff have tried so hard to make her happy and are lovely, caring people. She loves the silkie chickens, the bird feeder set up near her window because they know how much she likes to see them. I'm particularly grateful for
how they help with her chemotherapy care and are sensitive to her individual needs both physically and mentally. It's been a remarkable time as I have quality time with her secure in the knowledge that she's safe and happy which is an absolute blessing. A huge thank you to all the staff for what they do on a daily basis with love and integrity.

All the staff have been amazing, going above and beyond in order to care for Dad.
The medical help organised by Haslingden Hall has been superb.

The care and attention to both visitors and patients are extremely good. Very comfortable and clean. Could not fault them in any way, from just speaking to them to visiting them. My sister is not an easy patient to deal with, but she is happy, settled and has put a little weight back on after losing
a lot. I can only say thank you to them.

My dad was admitted for 28 days of care. I was unsure what I would find. I am able to visit or phone whenever I want to visit nearly every day. I find the staff very caring; they treat the residents like human beings (excellent). The staff answered any questions you ask (very helpful). Lovely and clean,
well looked after. I would recommend this care home to anyone, even for a short period of a long period of time. The staff are brilliant 120%. I recommend all the staff at Haslingden Hall.

My mother has recently moved into Haslingden Hall. She had not accepted that she needs residential care and we were expecting her to be resistant. The staff and I planned and rehearsed her arrival down to the last detail to make it as gentle as possible. Their confidence and professionalism really helped
us feel that we were in safe hands. On the day, Mum’s arrival went seamlessly and she never appeared uncomfortable or distressed. She is now settling in, eating well and already starting to socialize with the other residents. We are told that she is smiling and even laughing at times. It's early days of course but we feel so far that we made an excellent decision to move Mum into Haslingden Hall. I realize that it is one of the more expensive homes in the area, but the expertise of the staff is worth paying for.

Pleasantly surprised on arrival. Welcoming and impressed. Clean and airy building. bedrooms are spacious with own en-suite. Dining room, day room and activity room are all inviting with a garden view. All staff are welcoming and approachable. Homecooked food.

My mother in law has been in Haslingden Hall for four months. She has settled in very well. The staff are friendly and caring and it's a safe and secure environment. I would recommend Haslingden Hall to anyone who is looking for a home for their relative.

I am really happy with the care and attention my mum has received. First and foremost she has been happy with the staff who seem to have taken to her batty personality. Mum smiles and dances and told me that all the staff have looked after her, especially the staff member who made mum laugh. She told

My mother had been in the home for four years and as a family we can't thank the staff at Haslingden Hall enough. The care they give was incredible unfortunately her life came to an end in April 2022 and again the staff was amazing with her and us. I would recommend Haslingden Hall to anyone.

Haslingden Hall took amazing care of my wonderful, late Grandad for 3 years. He was so special to us and they helped us as a family make sure he was loved, safe and cared for. The staff were great and genuinely showed love and care within their role. Especially in those times where the pandemic hit
hard.

We chose Haslingden Hall for my mother when at the age of 97 she was struggling to manage at home. We were impressed by the home and the en-suite facilities for all rooms. Haslingden Hall came across as one of the best care homes in the area and it has not disappointed. Mum has been a resident for 3.5
years now celebrating her 100th birthday last year. The care and dedication of the staff, even through the difficult Covid epidemic, has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and the care provided as been excellent. We are kept fully informed if my Mum is unwell or has needed medical attention. We are always made welcome and most importantly Mum is happy.

I chose Haslingden Hall for my mother following her stroke as it appeared to be one of the best care homes in the area and it did not disappoint. Mum has been there for 4 years now and the care and dedication of the staff, even through the difficult Covid epidemic, has been outstanding. Nothing is too
much trouble and they give care to the residents as if they are their family. The home is modern, clean and tidy and whilst the recent renovations have been held up due to Covid, they are now nearing completion providing a small cafe area where residents can meet friends and family. The food is good, fresh and nutritious and there are plenty of activities to keep residents stimulated. The garden and conservatory areas also provide additional safe and relaxing environments for residents to enjoy.

Very happy with the care my mum receives at Haslingden Hall. Staff keep me up to date with regular phone calls and emails. Mum seems very happy there and has made a special friend. Staff always very caring towards Mum.

Staff work hard and really care about residents and go above and beyond to help and make my brother happy.
He has particular needs linked to his disability , which they have got to know well and I generally feel his needs are well met.
The methods of communication used have really improved over
the last 12 months and management keep families better informed.

Due to circumstances it was necessary for my husband to go into Haslingden Hall even though his Alzheimer's was relatively manageable had I been well. It was an extremely difficult time, emotionally and mentally. There were initially misunderstandings on our part but management actually came to visit
me and overcame any problems. I felt again management and staff have been approachable, supportive and understanding given our difficulties.

Satisfactory on the whole but the age group was not the same as mine. Apart from that the care provided was very good and the food was good. I was treated with dignity. The rooms have all got a shower room in too.

I have far-reaching knowledge of care standards, health and safety, MCA, and safeguarding legislation.
