Every time I visit, I am greeted with a smile. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Very caring. My mother enjoys being here and joins in the activities that are provided.
Thank you for your lovely review and comment. I'm pleased to hear we have a lovely staff group and you feel welcome.kind regards
When Dad died, we knew Mum would need a level of care. Social services were a great help, and we eventually determined that 24-hour care was required. Croftwood was chosen as the most appropriate for Mum's needs. She has been here for a year now and has settled nicely. The family visit regularly and we have found the level of care to be excellent. We have a very good relationship with the staff and are contacted whenever Mum has a fall or needs anything.
Thank you for your lovely review and comments. I will pass onto all the staff. Its a pleasure to be caring and supporting mum.kind regards
I have always shied away from placing my wife in a care home for a respite period and faced the issue with great trepidation. On my initial visit to Croftwood these thoughts were completely removed and I was delighted and relieved that my fears had been totally banished everything about the care home its facilities its excellent staff and the feeling of satisfaction and the removal of my fear.
Hi Collin,Thanks you for your lovely comments about our care home and staff, I'm so glad we were able to take away all your fears. It was a pleasure to be of help and care for your wife during her stay at Croftwood. Thanks again for your Review.Kind regards
Extremely happy with the care provided at the home. I am kept informed if there are any issues/incidents as soon as possible. Staff are always friendly and approachable if I have any concerns or queries. The only thing that needs looking at is the building looks a bit tired and could do with being decorated.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments, the home is under a decorating schedule soon to be updated. I'm pleased to hear you're happy with the care we provide to your mum.
Croftwood in some respects needs a little TLC but we would certainly love to stay in the future!
We would like to thank the excellent staff who couldn't do enough for us!
They are so patient and caring!
Thank you, ladies.
Thank you so much to you both, we are glad to hear your stay was lovely, thank you for the lovely, kind words and the card. It was a pleasure to care for you both. Kind regards, Cheryl.
We have found that the staff have gone above and beyond for my dad. They have been kind and helpful with us also. They have kept us informed of changes. We have found the home to be warm and welcoming and we are extremely grateful to them all.
Thank you, kind regards.
My mother first went to Croftwood in January 2023 on a respite basis. When it became obvious that she would need a permanent placement I was more than satisfied that Croftwood would be suitable. The staff are excellent, very caring, professional and friendly. No hesitation in discussing my mother's health and care plan. Despite her advanced dementia, my mother has never expressed any problems with her care to me.
kind regards.
All the staff are very caring and look after my mum very well.
The people that do the entertainment go beyond their way to do things for the residents. I would recommend this home to anyone.
You're all fabulous offering support to the home.

My Grandmother has been in here for six months so far and has had excellent care. The carers treat the residents like family which is exactly what makes you feel comfortable leaving your loved one with them.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Though sometimes messages get lost between teams. Staff have done a great job during Covid and deserve a lot of praise.
