I'm no expert on care homes, I've only visited one other before Croftwood. The only thing lacking in the Croftwood building is ensuite bathrooms. The staff are great, very caring, and nothing is ever a problem for them. If I ever needed to move into a care home; then I'd be very happy in Croftwood.

I was a resident for about 2 to 3 years and I can honestly say that they were the happiest years of my life. The care that I was given was at the highest possible level that they could provide. Whether on days or nights the standard of care was exceptional, nothing was to much trouble. We were all washed
and dressed, then we were all taken to the lounge to watch TV or just there and have a jolly good natter. All this was with a cup of tea or coffee or a soft drink whatever we asked to drink we were given while we waited for are breakfast, lunch, or tea. The 2 lady chefs that work there and the level of food provided was befitting a 5 star mitchellen chef, the food was exceptional and always pipping hot. The home is kept together by an exceptional manager, the manager keeps everything running smoothly, the manager is extremely beautiful and she has a heart of gold, she treats all the residents as if they were members of her own family. I can honestly say that I miss everyone so much.
