The care at Thornhill for all residents is above and beyond. My mum is so happy here. The staff just carn't do enough for all residents which makes my mums family very at ease knowing she is looked after with love and care. Excellent.

Really great place which really put there heart and soul into making everyone feel welcome, my grandma spent a good part of 3 years here until she passed in November and I can't praise them enough with how they dealt with my grandma, 10/10 staff

Every team member treats her with dignity, kindness, and patience, creating a safe, homely environment where she feels valued and respected. The home is spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and accessibility. Meals are delicious and tailored to residents' needs, and the wide range of activities keeps her engaged, happy, and socially connected. Communication with families is excellent, giving us complete peace of mind. We've seen such a positive difference in her quality of life since arriving at Thornhill House. The staff at Thornhill House, as a whole are absolutely fantastic. Nothing was ever too much, whether it was for my Grandma or for my family.
My Grandma's death was sudden, although she'd been battling with her illness for a while before she went to Thornhill I never saw her as happy as I did when she was there. Thornhill is truly a home away from home, they make you feel at ease, offer emotional support, aswell as maintaining a professional relationship with their service users, residents and their families.
I cannot thank them enough for making the last few months of her life enjoyable under the circumstances, even now she's gone myself and family still have a friendship with those at Thornhill House and that says everything about the care they put into what they do.
