The Beeches have looked after my Auntie for a while now, she is very well cared for. The staff are fantastic they treat the residents with dignity and respect. Management are Very Nice and approachable, I can chat to them if I need any help with my Aunt dementia they are very knowledgable.

Lovely friendly atmosphere, residents are well looked after with respect and dignity. Everywhere is always clean, residents always dressed nicely and appropriately. Lots of activities and treats, lovely food.

This is not a good review. My mum had a fall last month. It took the care home two hours to contact me, after it took an hour for an ambulance to be called, only when my mum said she was in pain. My mum had broken her hip, the staff picked my mum up off the floor after a fall which they should not...
This is not a good review. My mum had a fall last month. It took the care home two hours to contact me, after it took an hour for an ambulance to be called, only when my mum said she was in pain. My mum had broken her hip, the staff picked my mum up off the floor after a fall which they should not have done before she was checked over. I did speak to the manager, she was not very nice to talk to, saying the protocol was followed and staff were dealing with another emergency. Sorry, but there should be staff on to deal with these situations. I am not happy with the care mum received at that time.

The care given and received is adequate. My only quibble is when I am downstairs I don't get to go to the toilet when asking to go as they are short-staffed and busy.

I am very happy in my new care setting. The staff have made me very welcome and treat me with kindness and dignity at all times which has made what could be a traumatic time in my life be quite a pleasant transition. Many thanks to all the staff.

What an amazing place, the residents are their number one priority, after having to take my mother out of another supposed care /nursing home (would love to name but for legal reasons, I can’t), what an absolute difference. All staff are polite, respectful, and speak to you. Make family and friends...
They invite all visitors to bring in young people, you can see the faces of all residents light up, and when I took my dog in - wow!
