Mum has been a resident in the care home for many years. The management staff have been wonderful, efficient, professional and friendly. I believe we, as a family, have been lucky to have placed Mum in such a caring environment. Thank you - all staff and management for your support and love.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Always do the best for Mum and others. Nothing is too much trouble. We have no worries about Mum in the home; she is well looked after and cared for. The staff are wonderful, always looking out for the residents.

My mum came here in February this year after being in hospital and rehabilitation after a stroke. Her needs are physical but communication is fine. The staff have been brilliant. They are so supportive and deal with Mum with care and patience. The only thing she finds hard is making friends with other residents, as many of them cannot communicate as well. This is obviously not the home's fault.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They were a great support to my mum and always treated her with dignity. She spent six months at the Beeches and during this time, has made many friends.

It's been a terrible time with covid-19 as I've not been able to see my mum. I can honestly say the staff, all of them have done a fantastic job looking after all the residents in the home especially the manager. Hopefully, things will get back to normal very soon - mum will be able to get her hair done and her feet and I can hug her.

My father became a resident at The Beeches in March 2020. It was just before the Covid19 lockdown, because of this I wasn't able to help my dad with his transition from hospital to The Beeches. I thought this would make it harder for my dad to settle, however, I needn't have worried, the team of carers made my father very welcome and he is thriving in the home. I genuinely believe that if my father hadn't been allowed in the home, or if the hospital had sent him home, he would now be dead. My father is now thriving under the care of the carers, his quality of life has massively improved and he is happy. Thank you Beeches.

This is a lovely care home and I'm very pleased I managed to get my father into here. Even during these difficult and unprecedented times of 'lockdown', the staff have taken every precaution to keep the residents safe and well. I am kept well informed of my father's care and any changes which need to be made. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I know a few local people who have had relatives in The Beeches and the home comes highly recommended.

My elderly Aunty has lived at The Beeches for a year now. She has been treated with unfailing kindness, patience and humour. The staff there are friendly and caring, treating the residents, many of whom can be quite difficult at times, with amazing patience. My mind is at ease, knowing that my frail 89-year-old Aunty will be well looked after there by people who genuinely care, as her dementia inevitably worsens. Importantly, the staff have been professional and proactive in keeping The Beeches free of Covid 19 during the current pandemic.

The staff provide patient and compassionate care and Dad regularly tells us how well he is looked after and how good the staff are with him. Our family are always made very welcome when we visit. The home has a lively, friendly atmosphere but it would be good if there were more activities. It was lovely when an entertainer came to play music and sing to the residents. Dad really enjoyed this - it would be great if this could happen more often.

My mother has lived at The Beeches since July 2015. Her health and well-being are very important to all the members of staff and her family know that she is safe and comfortable in their care. She enjoys and participates in all the activities which help to keep her mind occupied. We are very satisfied with the level and quality of care provided.

My mum has been in full-time residential care at The Beeches since last September. I cannot fault any aspect of her treatment since she started there. She was a danger to herself living alone, even with carers four times a day, she fell a few times, on one occasion breaking her hip, she left pans on the cooker causing the smoke alarm to trigger, she forgot whether she had eaten and she was not washing herself and didn't want the carers washing her. We tried Beeches (which I had visited previously, and was very impressed) for a period of respite care for mum. It became clear that this was the best option for her. The decision wasn't taken lightly, both my sister and I felt guilty that we weren't looking after her ourselves, but my sister works and I am a full-time carer for my 35-year-old mentally handicapped son. To cut a long story short, mum is now at Beeches, she is happy and very well cared for. We couldn't wish for better.
