Mum has been living at The Beeches since the end of January 2018. It is warm, cosy, clean, comfortable and safe. All the staff are very caring, loving and do an amazing job in providing a home from home atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
Overall everyone at the Beeches has helped us in what was an extremely difficult time in our lives, having to place our Mum in care so soon after losing our Dad by welcoming us into The Beeches family.

Thank you very much to the manager and the whole team, keep up the good work.

Care staff have been excellent. They are friendly, efficient, professional and are caring and kind to all residents.
Manager and deputy manager are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Have been very supportive to myself and the rest of the family which has been a big help as it was so sudden how the situation happened.

Genuinely care for all the residents. Would highly recommend this home. Thank you for doing a fantastic job.

My Mum came into The Beeches on emergency respite. I have visited my Mum and found staff to be friendly, helpful and supportive to my Mum and my family. I am happy in the knowledge that she is safe and being taken care of by everyone on the team. It has been a difficult time for us all but the team have made sure my Mum is happy. The team have always acted in my Mum's best interest.

Since the refurbishment of The Beeches, there is a lovely homely feel. The care staff are very attentive to the care needs of the residents. On entering The Beeches, there is a beautiful selection of plants and a new front door which opens up the home. The staff and management are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Mum came to Beeches because she needed full-time care. Her memory loss meant she forgot to eat sometimes and didn't remember to have a wash. She had some help but it wasn't enough and also she was very lonely.

Beeches is an ideal place for her and we no longer worry about how she manages.

I am pleased with mum's care. I wish she had more to read downstairs, all her books etc are in her room. I am pleased that she always looks nice and in her own clothes.

I don't know what activities mum does.

My mother has lived at The Beeches for two years and my family is very happy with the care and attention that she receives. We are immediately informed of any changes in her health and of the action taken, if any, by the staff. Families, staff and residents have just enjoyed a very enjoyable bingo night and are looking forward to a Christmas carol sing-a-long, mince pies and mulled wine.

We were looking for a home that offered real care not just fancy surroundings. The Beeches Care Home staff were excellent and I felt my mother was both safe and cared for.

The care industry are not well paid in my view it was, therefore, a delight to see such positive and happy staff.

My sister is a resident in the home and is suffering from Alzheimer's she has been there since May this year and has appeared to have settled in well.
The staff are all friendly and caring. On entering this home you get a good atmosphere which I always pick up on.

The place is nice and clean and has that looked after feeling and I feel that she is being well cared for and that I can ask staff for any information! If they can't answer my question they will find out from someone who can.
