My dad has been at Croft House Care Home since August and both he, myself and my sister cannot fault the care he has received. The staff cannot do enough to help and this is a great comfort to my sister and I.

Croft House Care Home is the best care home around! I have had experiences with other care homes but none of them come close to the standard of care provided by Croft House to my mum. The management team are very hands-on and treat Mum and other residents like family. Croft House really is a home from home. Mum is very happy and I can't remember the last time my mum smiled so much. All staff are amazing with residents, even the maintenance team have great relationships with Mum and other residents. Highly recommend Croft House!

We are so delighted with Mum's care at Croft House Care Home - having had a terrible experience at the previous care home! Always warm and friendly with good food and entertainment to keep everyone stimulated. A very happy place and I have peace of mind knowing she is loved and cared for. All the staff are exemplary.

My mum has been a resident at Croft House Care Home for over five years now.

She has been cared for diligently with empathy and, although with a natural progression in her dementia, she is constantly encouraged to be included in activities and treated with respect. She is offered choices, included and seems content.

I cannot visit physically but keep in touch by phone and video and photographs. I cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion and comfort my brother has the good fortune to enjoy at Croft House Care Home in Keighley. His good state of health and physical appearance are apparent as is the twinkle in his eyes at celebrations which he clearly enjoys.
The staff work hard to engender the atmosphere and appearance of home and family in the presentation of rooms and the building and in relationships and show imagination and energy in the entertainment and activities to support interest and participation.

I have power of attorney for my brother's health and welfare and the staff give regular updates on medication and his well-being and I feel my brother and I were extremely lucky to find Croft House and its happy, upbeat staff.

Not being part of a large group tells here. Management and staff caring for residents can't be bettered, in my opinion, and having one resident at 102-years of age is just one excellent example at Croft House.

The staff at Croft House Care Home go above and beyond and genuinely care for residents. As a family, we are so grateful for the care that is given. Activities and thoughtful interaction with all residents to keep them engaged and active are diverse and relevant for the residents allowing inclusivity for the ability of the residents. Always upbeat and happy around residents. We are grateful for the care given, Dad has an extended family thanks to the way he is treated.

My gran has been a resident since 2019. She’s extremely happy here and the staff are absolutely outstanding! They all tell me how much they love her and they treat her like they would their own grandparent. Through Covid, it was terrible when we couldn’t see her but it made me feel better knowing she had these wonderful people looking after her. I truly couldn’t wish for a better place for my gran to live!

Croft House Care Home are currently looking after my mum who has dementia. Her room is always clean, tidy and welcoming. My mum is well cared for and she always looks happy and content. I am always fully informed when there are any issues that need addressing. The staff are very friendly and make me feel at ease when visiting. I feel that they did everything they possibly could through the Covid pandemic to keep my mum safe and well. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

From day one, it has to be one of the most efficient places I have witnessed from not just the management but from all the staff involved at Croft House Care Home, it has made my mum's move to a home a comforting one and even now, with a broken leg, the care she gets is second to none and I thank you all through what has been such a difficult time.

Thanks.

Our family were so relieved to find this outstanding care home. From the very first meeting we knew that it was the best place for my dad. The owners and all staff not only look after my dad but they care about him and treat him with respect at all times even though his dementia is progressing.
It was crucial to my dad's best interests with his dementia that he had stimulation and whilst a lot of other homes stated that they did this, they actually did not.
Croft House Care Home do exactly as they say on the tin!
My dad had a heart attack and then caught Covid in hospital and so he returned to Croft House on palliative care. He came through this, unbelievably, and with dementia, and is still with us because the Croft House manager and staff would not give up on him. That is true care.
This care home helps our family sleep at night knowing Dad is in the best place he could possibly be.

Croft House always go above and beyond with their residents and this is what makes them stand out from all the rest.

Mam has been in Croft House Care Home since January 2019 and has had wonderful care from all the staff. We, as a family, are kept informed about her health and if she has hospital appointments. Nothing is too much trouble for them, I would have no hesitation in recommending Croft House to people, excellent care home.

My first encounter with the manager and staff was the caring empathy that I saw for all residents. I knew straight away this was where I wanted my mum to spend the last of her days. It was an unsettling time for Mum as when she entered Croft House Care Home she had to isolate for three weeks. As a family, we were heartbroken for Mum but so was all the staff that worked there. They contacted us all the time letting us know how Mum was and we could ring any time of the day. Once over, we visited all the time and were welcomed by all the staff. I have made lovely friends with all of them. They are so caring and they all love my mum and she feels the same way about them. I can be at home knowing she is being cared for in a professional and loving way which helps me to be more happy at home. My mum is 100 and what a lovely party they put on in the summer outside for her, it is something my family will never forget. I would recommend anyone with dementia, Alzheimer's or any illness to put loved ones in Crofts care.

So glad you enjoyed the party for your mum, we celebrate all birthdays with a cake, party buffet etc. but we do try and do something special for those “very special birthdays”.

My mum has been a resident at Croft House Care Home since January 2022 and has been well treated by everyone involved in her care at what was a very difficult time moving from her home of over thirty years.
The staff have been very accommodating and have done everything possible to make her very comfortable, even taking the time to make her room look a bit more like her own home with some of her favourite possessions.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Croft House if you’re looking for a good quality care home with caring staff to provide a friendly, homely atmosphere for your loved one.

My father was reluctant to enter a care home but is now very happy at Croft House Care Home. He is more active and well cared for. He looks so much better, even in the few weeks that he’s been there. The event days are entertaining for the residents and the staff are very caring and helpful.

Thank you for your review. We often find that people are nervous about the move to a care home but it can be a positive experience. People tend to be less lonely, eat better and are able to take part in many activities.

Outstanding care and the staff are always available to talk to. My mother has been in the care home for three years and she was very ill when she went in Croft House Care Home and only given a short period of time to live. But due to their care and support, she's still smiling. She is kept very clean and her bedroom is tidy and safe with all the amenities she needs. The high standard of care extends to the implementation of a controlled environment due to Covid.

The food is to a high standard and is tailored to my mother's requests.

My mum has been a resident at Croft House Care Home since New Year's Eve 2020 – mid-Covid-19 with all its restrictions.
The quality of care exceeds my expectations. A lovely home with wonderful staff who treat Mum with dignity and respect.
Mum has dementia, time has been taken to get to know Mum's needs, her likes and dislikes, and her sense of humour! The dedicated staff make Mum's life happy and content.
Croft House is a clean, well-run home with excellent management.
Mum has a nice room which is always clean and smelling fresh, with a lovely view of the garden.
Lots of stimulating activities take place within the home and also regular outings in the minibus.
I cannot fault the communication between Croft House and myself. I am always kept up to date with Mum’s health and wellbeing and informed, without fail, if any health issues arise.

A shining example of our older generation receiving the best care and being encouraged to live life to the full in their final years.
