Overall Experience
We came for a family day it was my first time visiting I was overwhelmed to visit my dad for a while now it's been a long journey of ups and downs I'm really glad I did go and I will go again my dad is not well and he is not the person we know anymore it's he is living here as he can't take care of himself the staff are amazing from what I saw not only with my dad with other residents I can not thank them enough for the care he is receiving and for keeping him safe
you can feel the love the positive vibes all smiling and chatting it looks like they really love there job it was nice to see and I felt at ease
they are always making sure my dad is comfortable and safe as he likes to walk around a lot and making sure he's eating offering drinks

as much as it is devastating to us that he is this way me and my family will be forever grateful for the people who care and keep him keep him safe we struggled to do it and now he is safe thank you all from marks daughters

Overall Experience

Staff were very welcoming and made us comfortable with offers of refreshments and private room to chat and relax with our friend who has been cared for at Britannia Care Home for a number of years .

Everytime we visit we have received similar attention and seen the same care and compassion for our friend who is well taken care of.

Staff have always listened to our comments and suggestions positively , although we have no cause for concern at all.

Keep up the excellent work.

The newly built extension and renovation is of very high quality , a very good job.
