Overall Experience
The staff are so caring, they really do care.
Food is just what they love and want, cook from scratch but very cheap products,
The care home really does need a good lick of paint and decorating.
Great to see new dining tables, new flooring. It certainly makes a difference.
Ramp up to the front door would be great.
Different pictures on the walls.

A massive thankyou though to the most caring staff, they are so very welcoming, jovial and dedicated especially Leah, Kirsty, Christine (cook) and Dawn, they need recognition.

My dad was recently in Cedar Grange from the beginning of January to the beginning of February. In the time he was there, from management to care staff, the care received was amazing. I would just like to thank all the staff for everything that they did for him whilst he was in intermediate care. As well as looking after my dad, they looked after us as a family too.

Overall Experience

My brother was in Cedar Grange recently in an IMC bed before going on to a rehabilitation bed. I just want to say the care given to him from management to all the care workers was amazing, anything he needed was catered for, all the therapy teams were there on a daily basis and encouraged his independence. They also involved all his family in everything with his care going forward. We would recommend this lovely happy place. Thank you to everyone.
