My father is a resident of Savile House and has been for over 12 months having no mobility at all and control over his number 1 and 2 which I would say is not for the faint-hearted. So yes the staff are fantastic, big it up for the carers of Savile House. My father has early stages of dementia so for
the staff there is that as well. So yes Savile House is good.

Recently visited Savile House and automatically felt at ease and comfortable. Staff are excellent, they really do care and have everything sorted down to a T. All service users were so happy and in good spirits - a real compliment to all staff at Savile. Thank you for all you have done. Would most definitely
recommend without hesitation.

Lovely, clean home. Amazing staff who go above and beyond to keep the residents happy. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. Plenty of activities to keep them busy.
My relative is very happy here.
Family members are treated with compassion.

Quite simply, an amazing care home led by the manager.
The care is of a holistic nature and is tailored individually to meet the needs of each individual.
This involves not just who they were but who they are now, be it psychological, physical and emotional.
This has meant a significant improvement
in my wife's quality of life and subsequently mine.
It can't be overstated how comforting it is to know that everything that can be done is and will be done.
First year was hard but the subsequent five have been transformative and avoided a referral to an EMI unit which would have killed both her and me in no time.

We couldn't be more pleased with the level of care provided at Savile House. While the building may need a little TLC here and there, the outstanding staff more than makeup for it with their exceptional care and attention.
The dedication and empathy shown by the staff are truly remarkable. Every member
of the team goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of the residents.
In particular, we have to commend the home manager, for her outstanding leadership. Not only does she possess vast experience in providing the necessary care to boost our loved ones' health and facilitate their recovery, but her genuine empathy shines through in every interaction. She truly wants the best for everyone under her care.
We are grateful to have found such a caring and supportive environment for our loved ones at Savile House. Thank you to the entire team for their unwavering commitment and compassion.

My mum was a resident in this wonderful care home for nearly 8 years (sadly she passed away in Feb 2022). The care that the staff gave my mum was exemplary. I can honestly say that due to that care, I had an extra 8 months, when she was sent home from the hospital on "end of life" in May 2021, and I
will be forever grateful to them. There is a lovely, friendly atmosphere when you enter the home and it always smells fresh. They are extremely approachable and I always felt that the Manager and her wonderful team went above and beyond to ensure that mum was happy. When asked about her care at the home mum would say "love it, love it, love it". Some of the staff that looked after mum have been with her since day one. The communication from Manager to myself with all things relating to mum was excellent, she even messaged me at 10pm at night when mum was in A&E to see if there was anything she could do. I would highly recommend this wonderful home for loved ones. They are an amazing team.

My mum has been in Savile House for 8-months now, and I cannot fault the care or service.
All the staff I have dealt with are brilliant and go above and beyond their role.
I would name a few, but I can’t!
Nothing is too much trouble, even if it’s in addition to what the home basically provides.
The manager lives and breathes Savile House and is a very hands-on manager; I don’t know how she does it all!
My mum has complex needs having two degenerative conditions which vary daily. They treat my mum like royalty and do everything they can to help her.
They also care about the whole family, not just Mum.
I just wish they could get more funding, so they could do the place up a bit, but I would much rather have the care they provide than an ultra-modern home.

I can't speak highly enough of Savile House. From the beginning, the staff, who are all very friendly and caring, have been very understanding of our needs. Savile House is a relaxing home to visit, nothing is too much trouble for them. I will highly recommend a caring home for loved ones.

I have found that the staff, including the manager, are dedicated to looking after their residents. My friend requires special needs, and these have been provided at their suggestion. The staff turnover at Savile House is very low. When visiting, the staff do seem to be happy and content. The manager
has kept me informed on my friend's developments, and I am confident that she is in good and caring hands.

My partner has been a resident at Savile House for 18-months. The manager and staff at the home were brilliant at helping us through the transition. Though it was difficult, especially during Covid, I always felt that my partner was in good hands and getting all the care she needed. The staff are lovely,
and the manager always keeps me informed and is very hands-on. The building may seem a bit old fashioned compared to some modern places, but that’s not important to me. It’s the care and family atmosphere that matters, and that’s what I appreciate about Savile House.
