Such a welcoming and friendly staff. You feel safe in the knowledge, when you leave your loved one, that they are in safe hands. Such a comfort. The elderly people seem happy and comfortable and have a range of activities during the day that they can join in with. A big thank you to all the staff from our family. You do a fantastic job.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the manager and the Botham Hall family.
I was moved to the care home Botham Hall Care Home. I was made at home in a few hours. The staff took care, and made me feel wanted again and I found friends together from staff and visitors. I have a T.V.
Dear Ray, Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our pleasure to care for you and are delighted that you have settled in so well. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the Botham Hall colleagues.
I've visited Botham Hall Care Home since Mum went there in July 2021. All the staff are kind, caring and go above and beyond. There is always a friendly and happy atmosphere and is exceptionally clean. Mum settled really quickly and is very happy having a laugh and fun with staff daily. The staff not only show care and compassion to Mum, but also to us which was evident from the start. Could not have asked for a better group of staff.
Dear Julie, Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our pleasure to care for your Mum and are delighted that she settled in so well and is enjoying life with us. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the team at Botham Hall
Mum moved into Botham Hall in July 2021. We have had nothing but the best of care, compassion and friendliness shown to both Mum and ourselves. They are very good at keeping us informed of everything. They are always on the ball with any concerns and relay them quickly. Our family recently had a very difficult family tragedy and the staff were very, very supportive of us and Mum. What more can I say. They are fantastic. Best decision we've made.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our pleasure to care for your mum and we are very proud of the love, care and support that the manager and the Botham colleagues provide. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the colleagues at Botham Hall.
My cousin was in Botham Hall for an assessment bed following a hospital stay. The staff were very caring and efficient. Especially three of the staff, who were the main people we liaised with. The Home itself was a bit run down in so far as the decor was concerned and my cousin's bed was a rather narrow and uncomfortable one. Nevertheless, the staff we met were lovely and were obviously committed to care.
Dear Diane, many thanks for taking the time to review our home. All feedback is welcomed and allows us to continually develop our service. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the manager and the Botham Hall colleagues.
I have observed that the needs of the resident have been well understood and cared for, even in spite of the fact that she was unable to express them clearly. Although the home was closed due to covid, I was kept informed of her progress.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. All feedback is welcomed and allows us to continually improve our service. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course ensure that they are passed on to the manager and colleagues at Botham Hall.
My mother has been in the care of Botham Hall care home for a number of years. She has always received exceptional care and respect and dignity and has been attended to promptly in any medical problems. The staff have always been kind and friendly and very helpful towards us especially over the last few months due to mother’s decline in health and ability and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
Thank you, Botham Hall. We could not have assisted our mother in her illness as you have done. A credit 10 out of 10 for the home.
Dad is a dementia suffer who needs care in a residential setting. The home always appears clean and there is a varied choice of menu. Dad says that he is well looked after and the food is good. The staff are respectful of residents and families and have a good relationship. I feel that Dad is well looked after and safe. The staff always communicate any change in his condition. The management took all precautions in the prevention and management of Covid. I would recommend this home.
Many thanks for your review and feedback for Botham Hall Care Home.
The care and compassion shown from staff is excellent, the home is very clean and well kept, a very difficult decision to put a loved one into a care home, but was made very easy by the staff here, all very friendly and caring.
Many thanks for your review and feedback for Botham Hall Care Home.
My wife has lived at Botham Hall Care Home since 27 February 2021. How lucky she got the placement in this wonderful care home. The living standards and comfort are very high, the staff from senior managers to carers, to cleaners and cooks are extremely good. Not only have they improved her state of life, they have done the same for myself due to the loving care they show to her. I travel 26 miles round trip to visit her, but the welcome I get to my visit from my wife and the staff, is such that I could be visiting relations.
Many thanks for your review and feedback for Botham Hall Care Home.
The food is good home cooked food with plenty of choices. My mum loves the staff, especially the assistant manager, she doesn't know their names but she recognises them and is always saying how much she likes them and likes being where she is. She doesn't know it's a care home, but she knows that she likes it and she's happy which makes me happy, as I know that she is safe and being well looked after.
The home is always clean and tidy and staff well presented even when I have gone to take something unannounced. My mum is clean and tidy and they take time washing and blow drying her hair giving a very personal touch. I hold all the staff with great respect for the dignity they give my mum and I am so glad they had a place available for her.
Many thanks for your review and feedback for Botham Hall Care Home.
The staff are caring and treat the residents with dignity. We are kept informed about Mum and through lockdown we have had WhatsApp videos so we can see her. The family are happy with the excellent care Mum receives.
Extremely caring staff. A very clean and pleasant environment. Nothing is too much trouble and I would definitely recommend.
During the four months my dad was in the home, he was always cared for with kindness, courtesy and respect. Later, when my mum needed residential care, I was happy that I was able to have her transferred. She is well looked after by the staff who treat her like a member of the family with patience and a sense of humour. The staff ensure that I receive regular updates and I know that my mum is safe, comfortable and content.
The home is always very clean and tidy. The staff work very hard to make it as homely as possible. I feel Botham Hall was the right choice for care and I would happily recommend it to anyone.
My mum has lived at Botham Hall Care Home for over 5 years. Due to COVID I was unable to see my mum for 6 months, but I knew she was safe and extremely well cared for. When I eventually got to see her, she looked happy, well dressed and healthy. I am so happy that I do not have to worry about her. She is treated as part of a family and so am I when I visit or call. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
Really happy with all areas of care my gran has received, especially during the COVID period. Good to see all staff and residents are regularly tested, and lockdown procedures have been well adhered to throughout.
Our daily contact is usually with staff who are always happy to spend time to deal with any concerns and issues. Our family member who is the resident of Botham Hall can be difficult to manage and whilst it has not always been plain sailing dealing with her various issues, the team have always gone the extra mile to resolve any problems. It is my belief that without such dedication from the team our family member would not be enjoying the comfort security and happiness she currently is.
The girls who work here have been exceptional during COVID-19, it’s been really difficult not being able to see my grandmother but the girls have gone above and beyond to make sure she gets the right care and, that we as a family, are updated on everything. All the staff deserve a medal for working tirelessly to make sure our loved ones are looked after when we can’t do that ourselves!
