The care and attention given to our mother are excellent. Our mother is 93 years of age and suffering from Alzheimer's and because of her care, she has been at the home for 13 years. Long may she carry on living due to the care given.

her illness as you have done. A credit 10 out of 10 for the home.

Dad is a dementia suffer who needs care in a residential setting. The home always appears clean and there is a varied choice of menu. Dad says that he is well looked after and the food is good. The staff are respectful of residents and families and have a good relationship. I feel that Dad is well looked
after and safe. The staff always communicate any change in his condition. The management took all precautions in the prevention and management of Covid. I would recommend this home.

The care and compassion shown from staff is excellent, the home is very clean and well kept, a very difficult decision to put a loved one into a care home, but was made very easy by the staff here, all very friendly and caring.

My wife has lived at Botham Hall Care Home since 27 February 2021. How lucky she got the placement in this wonderful care home. The living standards and comfort are very high, the staff from senior managers to carers, to cleaners and cooks are extremely good. Not only have they improved her state of
life, they have done the same for myself due to the loving care they show to her. I travel 26 miles round trip to visit her, but the welcome I get to my visit from my wife and the staff, is such that I could be visiting relations.

From the first point of contact, the staff have been excellent, fully informative at all times regarding the care of my mum, she suffers from severe Alzheimer's. The staff have a great understanding of the needs and have succeeded in mum gaining weight.
The food is good home cooked food with plenty
of choices. My mum loves the staff, especially the assistant manager, she doesn't know their names but she recognises them and is always saying how much she likes them and likes being where she is. She doesn't know it's a care home, but she knows that she likes it and she's happy which makes me happy, as I know that she is safe and being well looked after.
The home is always clean and tidy and staff well presented even when I have gone to take something unannounced. My mum is clean and tidy and they take time washing and blow drying her hair giving a very personal touch. I hold all the staff with great respect for the dignity they give my mum and I am so glad they had a place available for her.

During the four months my dad was in the home, he was always cared for with kindness, courtesy and respect. Later, when my mum needed residential care, I was happy that I was able to have her transferred. She is well looked after by the staff who treat her like a member of the family with patience and
a sense of humour. The staff ensure that I receive regular updates and I know that my mum is safe, comfortable and content.

My mum has lived at Botham Hall Care Home for over 5 years. Due to COVID I was unable to see my mum for 6 months, but I knew she was safe and extremely well cared for. When I eventually got to see her, she looked happy, well dressed and healthy. I am so happy that I do not have to worry about her. She
is treated as part of a family and so am I when I visit or call. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

After the harrowing decline of my mother's health, which was upsetting for myself and my family, Botham Hall was a breath of fresh air and their set up was found to be excellent. They have brilliant facilities, however, the best attribute of the care home are the staff members themselves. They are attentive,
sensitive and above all caring.
Our daily contact is usually with staff who are always happy to spend time to deal with any concerns and issues. Our family member who is the resident of Botham Hall can be difficult to manage and whilst it has not always been plain sailing dealing with her various issues, the team have always gone the extra mile to resolve any problems. It is my belief that without such dedication from the team our family member would not be enjoying the comfort security and happiness she currently is.

My experience of Botham Hall is nothing short of excellent on all aspects of care for my uncle, who has lived there since March 2019.
I have obviously not been able to visit since the COVID outbreak, and the lockdown, but I have always had the utmost faith and trust in all the staff within the home.
I am immensely proud of the excellent work they have done to keep not just my uncle safe, but also all the other residents in these very difficult times.
I have been kept up to date on a regular basis, with photos and emails sent to me by the staff of my uncle, which has been very important as they have been used to circulate to other relatives and it has been a great comfort to me during this difficult period.
No words can ever express my gratitude for everything they have done, they are all exceptional people, and they need the recognition that they deserve.

My grandad gets brilliant care and the staff are excellent. Even with the lockdown, we have been able to video call my grandad every day. Today was his birthday and the carers made sure he had a great day, even singing Happy Birthday to him on a video call.

My mum has been in Botham Hall for the last 15 months and the care is absolutely unbelievable. Each and every member of staff treat all their residents as if they were their own parents, nothing is too much trouble. My mum has been under the weather recently and they have looked after her day and night,
with the lockdown situation I have not been able to visit but I know my mum has had the best care, the staff have kept me updated every couple of days.
I would just like to pass my thanks onto the staff for looking after my mum and all the residents during this testing time for all care homes, they are doing an extremely good job keeping them all safe.

The staff at Botham Hall are absolutely brilliant. I know my mum is being well looked after by staff who care. I am kept up to date with all that's going on, and the staff are so friendly when I visit. I love to see the interaction of staff with my mum and to see everyone laughing, despite dementia,
Mum still has a sense of humour. I feel happy knowing she is being well looked after, kept clean, warm and safe. On one occasion, I was upset, and the staff were there for me with a cup of tea and kind words. Thank you for doing a great job.

Jut to say Botham Hall came to the rescue when my mum was at a low-ebb; living alone at home. Since going to Botham Hall, the staff have had more than one serious issues to deal; but have coped with these admirably, when it could not have been dealt with at home.

staff are very caring and patient. I know my mum is in the right environment with warm and friendly people. Thanks.
