Meadow Court

Meadow Court is a fantastic home, where the thoughtful, caring approach to everything is evident daily. It is like a big family with resident care personalised to needs, every team member knowinng every resident by name, care needs and even likes and dislikes. The home has the most amazing leadership which is personal, grounded and intent on ensuring every opportunity to support, engage, entertain and involve residents is grasped. The office team are fantastically helpful with even the smallest detail that matters to residents and families. There is a daily programme of activities for residents to be involved with or just watch, entertainments this is tailored to ensure any resident can get involved by the special coordinator. The care staff are always on hand to help, nothing is too much trouble and they have a lovely relationship with residents. Food is home cooked and all opportunities to add to this for celebrations, birthdays, hot weather ice creams is always apparent.

A happy, friendly welcoming home whose staff always accommodate and enhance impromptu visits by friends and family. They also help Mum to maintain contact with distant relatives. Mum feels safe and cared for, and loves the food. Mum has always been treated as an individual with staff taking the time to get to know her and remembering what she likes. The staff are alert to Mum's overall well-being and their attention to detail ensures problems are identified quickly and managed appropriately to ensure the best possible outcome. The staff are responsive and helpful when hospital and medical visits are needed and are very supportive of family. A joyful home, so glad we found it.

Meadow Court consistently provides the highest quality care for my relative whilst he is resident there. They have transformed him from a frail old man, lonely and scared at home just counting down his days into a happy, contented, entertained, no longer depressed individual who is now fully engaging with life and enjoying it once more. The staff have been first class; each and every one is friendly, attentive, sensitive to and flexible with my relative's particular ways at all times. He feels safe and cared for. Equally I always feel heard and welcomed by the staff: Their care of my relative has allowed me to relax and sleep properly for the first time in far too long. Meadow Court is a shining example of what a residential care home should be.

Meadow Court staff have made both my mum and her family welcome from the start and despite the Covid restrictions have done everything possible to help us stay in contact. After only being at Meadow Court for two weeks, in her own words, our mum feels warm, safe and cared for. What better recommendation could there be? We feel so happy our mum is in such a caring environment. Thank you and well done to you all.

Can't praise the staff at Meadow Court enough. It really is like being in your own home apart from being cared for and waited on for your every little need. Doctors and health workers are called in if needed. Everyone is treated with love and respect and I would recommend this home to anyone. Meadow Court deserves all the praise that it gets.
