Excellent respite care. Staff friendly. Made to feel very welcome (especially by Lisa)

Have always found staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of activities if residents wish to join. Hairdresser appreciated by the ladies.

Staff and management supportive of all needs of client and family. Acacia Court has helped us with everything we need assistance with our relative. Even when we reside overseas.

We really value the warmth, empathy and care shown by all the home team, they really put the home in homely. From food and facilities to support and staff, I feel we were lucky to find this home being so close to medical services, which means any extra healthcare needs are easily supported. My mum loves the fact that everything is taken care of for her.

From entering the Acacia Court Care Home, it was friendly and welcoming, all staff we have met have been polite, knowledgeable and more than happy to help. My mother-in-law is so happy at the care home, she tells us all about the activities she is involved with, and her room is perfect. We cannot thank all staff for their support, care and attention to all of us.

Acacia Court is a lovely care home, my dad is very happy there & the staff are lovely, kind and caring. We love that he can eat dinner in his room or in the large dining hall with other residents. It's lovely for me to know Dad is well looked after.

I would just like to say that my mum has excellent care , the new management are doing a good job and the staff there are very caring and lovely there are all sorts going on this week for the residents thanks to the entertainment staff

My mum is well cared for and our family can be rest assured that Mum is safe. The staff always notify us if they have concerns that we need to know. Her sleeping pattern is a concern but hopefully it will get better.

Dad was taken into Acacia Court on January 22nd 2025, although his stay was short, he though he was in a hotel, the staff both day and night were fantastic, on the night of March 15th our father passed away, the staff that night went above and beyond our expectations. God Bless. Please thank all members of staff. There is only one area which as a family we think should be updated, bathrooms should be made itno wet rooms with up to date showers.

My close friend and I are new this month to Acacia Cout and what a wonderful welcome and first experience. The home has a warm and welcoming feel to it, is bright and spacious, clean and well equipped. The manager, administrator and activities staff are friendly caring and kind. The residents are free to move around the home with or without help and there are activities each day to keep them occupied plus trips out in the minibus. Health care issues have been dealt with swiftly. So far very pleased.

As always, really friendly staff. All my mams needs are taken care of. I couldn't ask for more.

We are surprised that he is participating in some activities as his daughters we cannot thank the staff (all staff) enough.
