My dad was treated with the utmost respect and kindness during the 12 months he was cared for. The staff were superb, caring, professional, always available, always kind and at all times treated my dad with exceptional service, dignity and fondness. He wanted for nothing, and despite not being the easiest person at times, nothing was too much trouble.
Primrose Court is like a family, with carers, cleaners and kitchen staff all equally cheerful, positive and receptive and treating all its residents with kindness, support and appropriate care according to individual needs.

I cannot praise everybody there highly enough, and given I know that Carers do not get paid as much as they should, they are an absolute credit to their posts, to Primrose Court and to the wider community.

The care and commitment shown by staff at Primrose Court was really wonderful. They looked after Dad with kindness and compassion and were always ready to have a smile and a joke with him, which he enjoyed. We were always made welcome when visiting and staff always made time to discuss Dad's care with us. We are very grateful to Primrose Court for making Dad's final days as comfortable and dignified as possible.

I cannot praise all the staff at Primrose Court. From the excellent management to each member of staff, no matter their role.
The care and support that all members of staff gave to my aunt during the four plus years she called Primrose Court her home was second to none. That, with the dignity she was shown throughout the progression of her dementia was reassuring and a pleasure to witness. My aunt felt loved and cared for.
My aunt taking part in varied activities that took place on a daily basis. From painting, flower arranging, musical afternoons, to visit from dogs, alpacas and ponies.
My aunts health and medical needs were rapidly addressed as soon as they were identified. All safe guarding measures were in place and reviewed regularly.

Primrose Court ensured that during the last couple of days of my aunts life she was pain free and felt 'cocooned' in care with her favourite music playing. It was a very peaceful, tranquil death that anyone could have wished for. The staff were also there to support me as her niece.

Exceptional care, kindness, compassionate and a 'home from home' feel provided at Primrose Courts, Leeds, to my dad. The care home provides high-quality, person-centred care, which tailored my Dad's care needs very well. The manager Joanne is excellent and provided strong leadership, ensuring the staff are friendly, polite and care so deeply for my dad. The home is clean, tidy and comfortable, and my dad always looks well cared for and happy. He enjoys the activities and wonderful food. I feel assured and can't think of a better place for him to be. Thank you to everyone again and their outstanding care.

It was a pleasure to come to Primrose Court and see how wonderful the staff looked after the residents. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, not just looking after residents, but their relations too. Colin was very happy at Primrose, and settled so quickly into the routine. All the staff are so willing to oblige with anything you are not sure about and put your mind at rest. Cannot thank them enough.

I cannot offer enough praise and gratitude to the staff team at Primrose Court. They have made my grandmother's stay so comfortable, and are so welcoming to the whole family when we come to visit. Day in and day out, the home is alive with activity. The staff treat the residents with dignity, respect and are full of humour to brighten your day. Nothing is too much to ask and at times have been a shoulder to cry on. The staff are a credit to your company and I can't thank them enough for what they have done for our family.

My mother moved in at the end of February. Since then she has settled in and is happy with her new surroundings. All the staff are first class. Nothing is too much for them. Standouts are three staff members although I could list all staff in reality, the manager has helped with all our questions admirably.

Primrose Court is a lovely, homely welcoming place. My mum in law was so content there. Over the last few weeks of her life too the staff were wonderful. They could not do enough for mum and the family. They really go above and beyond to make it the welcoming homely place it is. I will be singing praised to people about Primrose Court.

We don't have a bad word to say about Primrose Court. My mum (age 91) was there for 16 months and during that time she was given the best care and personal attention from absolutely each and every member of staff.
Knowing she was in such safe & kind hands really took the worry away from all the family.
The love the staff showed my mum was touching and they made sure her personality flourished everyday she was there.

She cared for each and everyone of them and kept telling us that she could not fault any of the staff or the place. From me & my family I would like to thank everyone at Primrose Court for everything they have done. We could not recommend them enough. They will always have a special place in our hearts xx

I cannot recommend Primrose Court highly enough. Each and every member of staff treats residents and their relatives with the greatest of care, dignity and respect. There is a genuine warmth and affection about the place which has meant that Primrose Court has been a real home from home for both my dad and my auntie. Their best interests have always been at the forefront of the care they have received and I have been kept well informed about their health and wellbeing. Staff have always acted promptly to ensure that they have been comfortable, and received any necessary medical treatment promptly. The food is excellent and the range of activities on offer means that there is something for everyone to enjoy. I will forever be grateful to the staff at Primrose Court for making the last couple of years of my dad's life happy and content and for continuing to go above and beyond to support both my auntie and myself, as part of the current Primrose Court family.

Mum has been a resident at Primrose Court for almost 3 years and she has received wonderful care from day one. However, she suffered a stroke and seizure on 26th January and died on 2nd February. In her respect care plan, it was agreed that the staff would support palliative care if needed. They were true to their word, every member of staff without fail, not only cared for mum to the end but my sister and I also, what a wonderful team, nothing was too much for them and we all felt so carefully held through this painful time.

My father started living at Primrose Court in late October 2024. From the first moment he crossed the threshold, he was welcomed by name and taken to see his room. Along the way to his room, numerous care staff welcomed him by name, which I felt really comfortable with, as it reaffirmed his feeling of belonging. The carers have always shown great interest in my father's life and are constantly encouraging him to engage in conversation. He takes great pleasure in showing photos of his life, family and travel experiences he and my mother made together. Thank you to all the staff, they are wonderful and work hard together to create a happy and caring environment that my father calls home.

The management, care, compassion, activities food and overall enrichment was first-class. As a healthcare professional, it is the best facility I have encountered. Thank you.

As this was my first time in respite care I was very apprehensive but immediately my daughter and I entered Primrose Court, it was warm welcoming and felt right. From the start of my stay to the end. My time was cheerful and made me feel humble and thankful that I had the ability to help those respite residents who required a little help and join them with activities. I highly recommend Primrose Court and hopefully will stay again if a room is available. Many thanks to them all.
