The care home provides care for older people in a quiet location and has a garden space for customers and their families to enjoy. Primrose Court is an exceptional place and is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. The staff are caring and very professional in their approach and the standard of care given to residents and visitors is brilliant. Meals are varied and delicious and the residents and visitors are well looked after
with drinks and snacks. Activities are varied and interesting.

My Aunt lived at Primrose Court for nearly 2 and a half years. She had to move to a nursing home recently as she has developed a form of dementia and her behaviour was very challenging. Despite this, the staff at Primrose Court were kind, remembering her as she was (and is underneath) rather than reacting
to her difficult behaviour. The Managers helped with identifying a new home and did not put me under undue pressure to move my Aunt quickly when it proved difficult to find somewhere for her to go. The whole team has been a part of my life for the last 30 months - and I miss their cheery goodwill!

On visiting a friend I was impressed on entry at the homely and friendly staff smiling welcome at Primrose Court the dining area is very pleasant. We were offered coffee or tea we went up to the private bedroom so impressed I told my family if I ever need care the Primrose Court is where I would like
to be. I have since visited 4 times and each time has been so pleasant. The staff are very caring.

The care my stepmother received during her time at Primrose Court was truly amazing. We will be forever grateful to every member of staff who did their utmost to make this final stage in her life as good as it could be. She was always treated with dignity and care adapted to meet her needs as an individual
of great value.
We as a family have been supported and welcomed by every member of staff we have met.
Primrose Court is truly a home that really does care.

This care home is so welcoming. It is a light, spotlessly clean and attractive building. The staff are brilliant. They are so kind, caring, understanding and at the same time totally professional and efficient. There is a wide range of entertainment and total freedom to opt in or out. There is
also great support for relatives from the staff and a feeling of being entirely included in everything that happens there, and of course in decisions involving your relative.

I am pleased to be able to praise Primrose Court. My mother has been resident here for 16months. She is 94years old and has dementia. She was very unwilling to give up her home and we expected a lot of problems.
However, the room is excellent and the staff made her feel comfortable and at home very
quickly.
My sister and I have visited almost daily and have never felt any need to feel concerned about anything.
I have given very high ratings because I think they are deserved.

My wife and I regularly visit a lady in Primrose Court, who used to be a neighbour. Every time we visit we are yet again impressed by the ultra-high standard of the home. Staff have always been polite, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The common areas and personal rooms are all bright, exceptionally
clean, modern and well-decorated. The fresh and airy atmosphere makes a refreshing change from when we visit other care homes. If we were able, we would reserve a room now for when we need more help in life - hopefully not for some years yet! The team here deserve a huge pat on the back. We extend our thanks for the love and care you provide our friend and everyone at Primrose Court.
