Mum did not want to move into a care home but due to the current situation with the virus, my brother and I felt it the safer choice. The care and support mum has received has been amazing. The staff have been very supportive and thoughtful. They have helped make the transition as comfortable as possible especially in these difficult times. Thank you.

I can recommend Primrose Court to anyone needing a care home. From the beginning of Mum's time these to now (2 years), the care given to my mother has been excellent. The home is very well kept and the bedrooms are excellent. The dining rooms looks like a hotel. She enjoys the food thanks to an excellent chef. COvid19 practice is very good.

Thank you so much to all the wonderful and dedicated staff at Primrose Court who have looked after Mum for the past 5 years. You have shown her so much love and kindness, given her independence, fun and friendship and, particularly during the Coronavirus, have held her hand and loved her when we weren't able to be by her side. You are truly amazing and we will be forever grateful. Love to you all.

My Aunt lived at Primrose Court for nearly 2 and a half years. She had to move to a nursing home recently as she has developed a form of dementia and her behaviour was very challenging. Despite this, the staff at Primrose Court were kind, remembering her as she was (and is underneath) rather than reacting to her difficult behaviour. The Managers helped with identifying a new home and did not put me under undue pressure to move my Aunt quickly when it proved difficult to find somewhere for her to go. The whole team has been a part of my life for the last 30 months - and I miss their cheery goodwill!

This care home is so welcoming. It is a light, spotlessly clean and attractive building. The staff are brilliant. They are so kind, caring, understanding and at the same time totally professional and efficient. There is a wide range of entertainment and total freedom to opt in or out. There is also great support for relatives from the staff and a feeling of being entirely included in everything that happens there, and of course in decisions involving your relative.

I am pleased to be able to praise Primrose Court. My mother has been resident here for 16months. She is 94years old and has dementia. She was very unwilling to give up her home and we expected a lot of problems.
However, the room is excellent and the staff made her feel comfortable and at home very quickly.
My sister and I have visited almost daily and have never felt any need to feel concerned about anything.

I have given very high ratings because I think they are deserved.

My wife and I regularly visit a lady in Primrose Court, who used to be a neighbour. Every time we visit we are yet again impressed by the ultra-high standard of the home. Staff have always been polite, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The common areas and personal rooms are all bright, exceptionally clean, modern and well-decorated. The fresh and airy atmosphere makes a refreshing change from when we visit other care homes. If we were able, we would reserve a room now for when we need more help in life - hopefully not for some years yet! The team here deserve a huge pat on the back. We extend our thanks for the love and care you provide our friend and everyone at Primrose Court.
