I am very happy with the manager and all the staff. They seem to do everything possible to make Mum's stay happy and safe sometimes under difficult circumstances. Can't praise everyone enough.

Dad has been a resident for just over 12 months and I am very happy with the level of care he has received. His room is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The meals are excellent with plenty of choices. The staff, without exception, are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and as a visitor,
I feel welcomed. I am very happy that Dad is happy and safe.

I have found Primrose Court to be a warm, caring and happy place. I am so glad my father has settled in well. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Dad says the good is great. I always feel welcome when visiting. The activities they have are so much fun to keep everyone busy and smiling!

Primrose Court has a lovely feel to it as soon as you enter. Always made to feel welcome and always feel that residents are well looked after and happy. There are plenty of activities going on to keep residents entertained and engaged. The staff are very caring and supportive.

Can't praise the staff enough for the help and support they give my dad and myself. I am informed straight away of any issues or concerns and also asked for my advice, so I never feel excluded from Dad's care.

The staff here are wonderful, kind, caring, and organised. The activities for residents are varied from music to craft, gardening, local history, baking, and more. The meals are all home cooked by a good chef team and care is taken to make them really delicious. I am very happy indeed that Mum is here,
her room is lovely and she is looked after incredibly well. Thank you.

Primrose Court provides a high level of care which is tailored to meet my mum’s individual needs. The staff are great, always cheerful and really makes a difference to Mum and our family knowing she is in such a caring environment. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and en-suite. The food is great
and offers a good choice. There is a good programme of daily activities and entertainment. I would definitely recommend Primrose Court.

My father has been cared for at Primrose Court for almost 3 years. He has never shown a negative attitude to the care he has received.
The home is very clean and always appears well staff.
Regular musical entertainment.
Activities for residents to participate in, cooking, flower arranging and occasional
visits out for most abilities.

The quality of care for my nan is beyond praise. All staff made her welcome and they were friendly. The home is clean and well-kept. Bedroom was bright and had everything she needed. Good choice on menu, Nan really enjoyed her meals and couldn't compliment the chef enough. We, as a family, felt very
relaxed leaving Nan in such capable hands and would highly recommend Primrose Court.

Mum has been resident for nine months now and the care that she receives is great, her care plan is regularly adapted and updated to take account of how her Alzheimer’s is impacting on her and her surroundings.
The team are always positive and cheery and work hard to create a positive and safe environment.

Mum has only been in Primrose Court since the middle of January 2023. She is 97. We have always been reluctant to put her in a home as the family had been caring for her ourselves. From the initial contact of arranging to look around to actually having a visit ourselves, we felt a warm and welcoming
but most importantly ‘caring’ attitude from all the staff. From that initial visit I had no qualms about handing mum over to be looked after as her needs were becoming more intense with what we believe is dementia (still waiting for confirmation from the doctors). We were told that the family are welcome as much as the resident and this has been evident every time we visit. The caring, thoughtful staff look after each resident as if they were their own. The rooms are all en suite. Mum is very comfortable in hers. She has personal pictures up on the wall to make it more homely/personal to her. Activities are plentiful - as are the tea and biscuits/cakes! A lovely place. Mum is happy.

Mum has been living at Primrose Court for five years. Over that time I have been very happy with the care Mum receives. She is well-cared for and safe. The home is welcoming, warm and clean. Mum's room is cosy and she has lots of support with her day-to-day needs. There are always activities going on,
music, art, baking, etc. Over the years I have found the staff and management to be consistently friendly, caring and approachable. Choosing a care home is a difficult decision and I am very glad to have found Primrose Court.

My mum has been a resident in the home since April 2022. She has her own lovely ensuite room which is nicely decorated.
The facilities in the home are clean and tidy with a hair salon and chiropodist regularly calling.
The food is always lovely and there are different options to choose from.

Mum has been in Primrose Court for some years now. I'm always impressed with the amount of activities that are provided and events that are organised - something for everyone. She is well looked after, well fed, and has formed good friendships with the carers. I live a long way away and cannot visit
as often as I would like so it's a huge comfort to me that she is being well looked after as she becomes more frail.

My mum has been a resident at Primrose Court since 2017 and I cannot praise the standard of care she has been given highly enough. The staff have always shown her the greatest respect and have dealt with her ongoing care needs with dignity as she grows increasingly frail. Her need for privacy is always
respected which is so important to her. She is happy and content and enjoys being part of the community. There is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the home and a programme of activities and entertainment ensures that residents are occupied, stimulated and engaged as much as possible. Mum has especially enjoyed and responded well to visits from a variety of animals such as a therapy dog, alpacas, a donkey and even some owls! She also enjoys baking and other creative projects. The standard of food and presentation and variety of meals has always been excellent and residents have frequent opportunities to try new dishes. I highly recommend this home.

In April my wife, who suffers from dementia, needed respite care whilst I had an operation. With help and advice from Leeds Adult Social Care my daughters searched for a suitable care home. We were very fortunate that a room became available at Primrose Court. Upon visiting my daughters were impressed
by the happy ethos and lay-out of the home. The room offered was very clean, light, airy and decorated to a high standard. A lift makes it easy to access rooms on upper floors. My daughters decided, on my behalf, that they needed to look no further.
My wife has settled in well, and takes part in organized activities. She enjoys the meals, cakes - all made in-house. Doctors, chiropodists and hairdressers visit regularly.
The staff are like family; very friendly and welcoming. They know I am finding the separation very difficult to accept after 63 years of marriage and assure me that my welfare is also their concern. It’s helped me accept that I’m no longer able to be her 24/7 carer.
