All the staff are very caring towards residents and their relatives/loved ones.
They offer various daily activities for residents to take part in, which offer stimulation and enjoyment to their days.
The management arranges regular meetings with residents and their relatives to update everyone with up-and-coming events, and they welcome any suggestions made.
Despite the outside space being tricky for residents to access, the management is doing everything in its power to improve this aspect of their care, and they're hoping to commence work in April 2024. This is wonderful to hear and very much appreciated by residents and their relatives.

Thank you for all your hard work.

It was a big upheaval for Mum and us. Moving from living at home with us into a care home was daunting. The move happened fast, as the first care home move was a disaster, but the management team enabled the move to Primrose Court at short notice and made it as easy as possible for us.
Mum has been a resident now for three months. There will always be teething problems as the team gets to know Mum and we get to know the team, but everyone had time to listen and acted on every query I raised. Everyone was just fab!
The team are kind and caring and have a sense of humour, even on days when they are very busy. They always ensure the resident's dignity and confidentiality. Mum loves the food... it almost matches what we cook for her at home!

I am very comfortable with Mum's care, and I can rest leaving her, knowing she is in safe hands with a team doing the very best they can taking care of her.

My mum moved into Primrose Court in July this year. She was very warmly welcomed by all the staff, who are all very caring and kind to my mum. Primrose Court has a very "homely" feel, and all the residents can take part in and enjoy the many activities and entertainment on offer.

I would highly recommend Primrose Court to anyone looking for excellent care for their loved one.

Our family have just moved Mum and Dad to Primrose Court. This was a massive move for Mum and Dad. The staff could not have been better at ensuring that this difficult transition went smoothly and that Mum and Dad were welcomed and comfortable from the start. It is still early days after the move but the way they have settled into their new home is a testament enough. We look forward to Mum and Dad enjoying the facilities on offer at Primrose Court.

Dad has been a resident for just over 12 months and I am very happy with the level of care he has received. His room is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The meals are excellent with plenty of choices. The staff, without exception, are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and as a visitor, I feel welcomed. I am very happy that Dad is happy and safe.

The staff here are wonderful, kind, caring, and organised. The activities for residents are varied from music to craft, gardening, local history, baking, and more. The meals are all home cooked by a good chef team and care is taken to make them really delicious. I am very happy indeed that Mum is here, her room is lovely and she is looked after incredibly well. Thank you.

The quality of care for my nan is beyond praise. All staff made her welcome and they were friendly. The home is clean and well-kept. Bedroom was bright and had everything she needed. Good choice on menu, Nan really enjoyed her meals and couldn't compliment the chef enough. We, as a family, felt very relaxed leaving Nan in such capable hands and would highly recommend Primrose Court.

Mum has only been in Primrose Court since the middle of January 2023. She is 97. We have always been reluctant to put her in a home as the family had been caring for her ourselves. From the initial contact of arranging to look around to actually having a visit ourselves, we felt a warm and welcoming but most importantly ‘caring’ attitude from all the staff. From that initial visit I had no qualms about handing mum over to be looked after as her needs were becoming more intense with what we believe is dementia (still waiting for confirmation from the doctors). We were told that the family are welcome as much as the resident and this has been evident every time we visit. The caring, thoughtful staff look after each resident as if they were their own. The rooms are all en suite. Mum is very comfortable in hers. She has personal pictures up on the wall to make it more homely/personal to her. Activities are plentiful - as are the tea and biscuits/cakes! A lovely place. Mum is happy.

Mum has been living at Primrose Court for five years. Over that time I have been very happy with the care Mum receives. She is well-cared for and safe. The home is welcoming, warm and clean. Mum's room is cosy and she has lots of support with her day-to-day needs. There are always activities going on, music, art, baking, etc. Over the years I have found the staff and management to be consistently friendly, caring and approachable. Choosing a care home is a difficult decision and I am very glad to have found Primrose Court.
