Went to visit my dad, only been there a couple of days, very warm welcoming staff, the manager and receptionist are excellent and couldn't do enough, a big thank you to you all for looking after him and hopefully now he's settled and enjoying life the best he can. A big big thank you to you all, one
very happy daughter.

From the moment my Dad arrived at the home, he was treated with love, kindness and respect until the minute he passed away. We as a family could not have wished for him to be any better cared for.
Everything the Carers and Management do for their Residents is absolutely second to none. It is also very
evident that they are all treated as part of one big happy family, and nothing is ever too much trouble for anyone.
We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Broxbourne House for the care of our loved ones. They are wonderful and the kindness and support that they gave to us all has been overwhelming.
The family thank each and every one of you, from the bottom of our hearts.

I'm am disgusted at the lack of communication regarding my mum. She was sent to the hospital by the care home and waited until mum could be discharged from the hospital to tell the hospital they didn't want her back. Could no longer meet her needs but didn't let me know also the reason mum was admitted
to hospital is she was given insulin knowing her blood was at 4.2.
