Care is very personalised and tailored to each individual. Staff and management are all very approachable and accessible, visits are welcome at all times with protected mealtimes encouraged. I visit several times a week at different times and the standards of care are always excellent. If I could...
Care is very personalised and tailored to each individual. Staff and management are all very approachable and accessible, visits are welcome at all times with protected mealtimes encouraged. I visit several times a week at different times and the standards of care are always excellent. If I could improve anything it would be better toilet, shower and bathing facilities however the care team and residents do manage well with the current facilities.
