In response to the points raised - the staffing levels at the home are always relevant and based upon the number of residents in the home and are monitored daily and adjusted accordingly in order that everyone is cared for appropriately and safely. I understand that this was recently conveyed in a discussion you had with the Home Manager. All home colleagues are still regularly Covid tested, vaccinated or not and rest assured we are doing everything possible to keep our residents protected. I will of course pass on your comments to the Home Manager who would welcome the opportunity to discuss further any concerns you may have.
