Above and beyond care, treating my wife with love, care, compassion kindness and reassuring comfort. All the staff very kind and caring not just for my wife but for all my family too. Nothing was too much trouble, nurses very kind and clear explanation of medication etc with lots of empathy, and thorough knowledge, and clear explanations. Top draw care, thank you so much.

Before my father's health declined, I visited him on a weekly basis and I always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I could see my father was receiving good care and the staff informed me he was joining in with the many care home activities/outings. It was nice to see evidence that he was joining in with these activities as the care home produced a monthly news letter with photographs of the residents (including my father) enjoying these activities.

All the staff were very sympathetic when my father was passing away. They sat with my father when me or my siblings were not there and when we were there they spent the time to talk to us about my father. They also cared about me and my siblings, sensitively asking if we were ok, providing sandwiches and drinks for us whilst we sat with our father and always said to let them know if we needed anything. If we had any questions or queries about my father, the staff usually answered them straight away.

My mum moved into Windsor Court for a period of respite care. I have never known such professionalism with a super team of staff.
From the offest, mum was cared for in such a way it reversed all the anxiety and fear. She loved Windsor Court so much so she was assessed for a full time place. If you are wanting a place for a loved one, you wont go wrong choosing Windsor Court .

An excellent care home, loving, friendly, honest and open with superb care and wonderful staff.

My father has been with the home for 7 months. The care has been good, and good communication with us by the home and recently with the doctor. Feel relieved Dad is in a safe and friendly home with people to communicate with and care for him.

My brother came into the care home this week. Lovely staff, caring and considerate and go out of their way to help in any way. In the last few days, the activities have been excellent and everyone is encourage to join in. Bingo karaoke, tombol, elvis tribute act. Rooms are a good size and residents are encouraged to make them homely with perosnal items and rearranging furniture to suit. Overall lovely place.

Since my dad recently moved into Windsor Court, the level of care received has been outstanding. The staff have been unfailingly caring, kind, friendly and compassionate. They have made not only Dad but also us as his family feel very welcome. The condition and cleanliness of the rooms on his unit have been excellent. The tasty and plentiful food has restored Dad's appetite! The Sandringham unit is wonderful in all respects.

My brother arrived at Windsor Court Care Home after spending time in hospital and a previous care home in Hull where his needs had not been met. Since moving to Windsor Court he has improved significantly. The staff have been friendly and caring and have done all they can to meet his quite complex needs. He is now much happier and more settled and is hoping his mobility will improve so that he can participate in the home's activities.

My mother went into full time care at Windsor Court Goole in October 2023 which was a difficult decision for us to make. From day 1 I can say the level of care has been excellent. There have been 1 or 2 occasions when there have been a few hiccups, but the staff were great and sorted the problem straight away. There is always something going on for the residents to do. The accommodation is very good and mam has everything in her room that she needs. She gets 3 square meals a day and plenty of drinks. If there was a medical issue with mam the staff sorted it straight away and kept us informed of what was going on and administered any medication (prescribed by a doctor) if needed. Mam also has a stoma bag fitted which she has problems putting on by herself and the staff are great at sorting this out for her.

The home is very friendly and clean. The staff go above and beyond. They care for Mum really well and I don't feel bad when leaving to go home. The care they gave Dad last year when he was dying was wonderful. Mum has come on in leaps and bounds since being in Windsor Court. We as a family can't thank you enough.

Unusually, both my parents went to stay at Windsor Court, within a couple of weeks of each other. Throughout their stay, they were both treated with amazing care and tolerance as both individuals and a couple. We couldn't have asked for better care than that administered.

A fantastic team, from the senior nurses to the carers and the maintenance guys, everyone was so friendly and welcoming to our mum and our whole family.
It was the hospital that found a nursing bed that Mum needed and we couldn't have found her a more perfect place if we had to do it all ourselves, we were so lucky.

We can't thank you all enough for the care you all gave our mum in her last few months.
