My mother has loved at Windsor Court for 20 months. It has been a positive experience. She arrived at the home, aged 91, run down and confused. The TLC she received from the staff, the good food and the extra stimulation restored her to good health. She then enjoyed over a year in the general care wing before a fall and a broken hip meant that she needed extra care and was moved to the Sandringham wing. The staff have been extraordinarily kind, with many of them going the extra mile.

I have been coming to see my brother for about 3 years. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I am sure my brother is receiving the best possible care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Court to anyone.

I spent a lot of time in my room but always have plenty of visitors from staff. I know all of what is happening at the home - the food is very nice, but I have a little appetite, I love living here.

My mother feels very safe. She gets very good care the staff always try to give 100% towards all her needs.

They interact with her, always making sure that she is okay, making sure that her fluids are always taken when they wash her and they always take care when handling her. The staff are always chatty and she never feels alone.

We have always found the staff/nurses/carers very approachable with a genuine interest in the well being of "mum". Nothing seems to be too much trouble at all. The whole atmosphere in the home is one of concern and respect and most of all friendliness and care.
