My mother has loved at Windsor Court for 20 months. It has been a positive experience. She arrived at the home, aged 91, run down and confused. The TLC she received from the staff, the good food and the extra stimulation restored her to good health. She then enjoyed over a year in the general care wing before a fall and a broken hip meant that she needed extra care and was moved to the Sandringham wing. The staff have been extraordinarily kind, with many of them going the extra mile.

She moved to Windsor Court in August 2021, when the home was rated Inadequate, and together with a dedicated team brought it up to standard, achieving a rating of Good at its last CQC inspection in 2025. It was an achievement the whole team was thrilled with. Julie and her team thrive on enhancing residents' lives and ensuring their needs are met every day, and have built a strong reputation with the local community, professionals, and families.
