Mam has been a resident of Temple Croft for around 3 months now. She is happy and well cared for. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The residents are encouraged to take part in many activities and even go on trips out in the community. Local groups of children visit and sing for the residents
and visit with them which is always a treat. They have a hairdresser who comes in to do the resident's hair, they have their nails done. They also have a doctor visiting the residents. All the food is home-cooked from scratch and is a nutritionally balanced menu always with a choice of dishes. I have found Temple Croft to be welcoming, informative and friendly. The cleanliness is a high standard, the domestics work very hard as do all the many members of staff. I'm more than happy to have my mam stay there.

Dad is very happy and settled, with very good care and support, and good interaction between staff and residents. Good pairing with people for some interests, stimulation, and activities encouraged mobility and very good on feet now. Assisted support if needed, eating and drinking very good. Rooms very

He has settled in so well. The feeling we get when we visit is outstanding. Clearly, all the staff love their jobs. It's made it easier now knowing we have left him in such good care! All the residents are lovely, and they all seem so happy! Best place!

I cannot praise Temple Croft in Grimsby highly enough. They look after our mum so well. The staff are very caring and they have something going on nearly every day. Mum is always clean and tidy and she enjoys the food. There was a 10k run on Sunday the 1st of June that went past the home and the residents
were outside watching it including Mum. My son-in-law ran passed and saw Mum. They have a very good social media page which keeps you informed of everything that is going on. Keep up the good work Temple Croft, you are brilliant!

My grannie moved here a couple of months ago and getting to see her so well looked after and happy is wonderful. The home has a friendly atmosphere with lots of activities organised regularly, and equally peaceful spaces both outside in the courtyard and indoors when wanted. From what I observed plenty
of staff are on hand to care for each resident's needs. My grannie now has dementia, and I feel confident that she is safe, happy and has an improved quality of life after moving here.

Temple Croft staff have provided a brilliant service for my mum since she was released from hospital to their care. My mother is very happy here. So her sons (me plus brother) and her daughter are happy too. It's such a relief to us that she is in such good hands and getting the care she needs. There are always plenty of staff around to care for the residents, there are frequent activities, and outside sitting in
a nice courtyard when sunny.
I can recommend this care home, and am so grateful to the marvelous staff who work there.

Whenever I visit Temple Croft there is always a warm welcome. All staff are friendly, helpful and any questions I have are always answered with a smile. My mum is very happy there and has fitted in very well due to the care and patience shown by all the lovely people who work there. Loads of fun activities
bring lots of laughter. Moving into Temple Croft has given my mum a new lease of life and myself and my family are delighted to see it!

My lovely, gentle, funny 94-year-young father has just begun his next life adventure with the wonderful ladies of Temple Croft.
From the start they have enveloped him in love, guiding him so very carefully along his journey and enabling him to take life at his own pace safe in the knowledge that he’s
safe and listened to.

Fantastic home - always keeping my stepdad happy. He has come in loads since he has been in there. The food he eats always looks lovely. The staff are very caring, and the entertainment lady does a fantastic job with them all.
Cannot comment on the management cause I have never met her (but my sister

I am pleased my wife has settled down. She seems to have found the food good, eating everything, at home she wouldn't eat anything, different to what she is used to, her only complaint is she doesn't like the coffee! I only wish we could find her something interesting to do. We used to do jigsaws and
crossword puzzles together.

I'm not very good with words but my husband has settled in so well I can't believe it. The cares are so lovely. He hasn't asked to go home. He is very calm and quiet. I'm so pleased he is here. They meet all my husband's needs. He gets on with the other residents.

Templecroft offers care that is second to none! The staff care for the residents as if they were their own family. Nothing is too much trouble, and staff go above and beyond to make people feel loved, cared for, and at home. The surroundings are clean, comfortable and homely. The food is nutritious.
Staff are professional and knowledgeable on all manner of health and care needs.
As a health professional myself, I have worked across many care homes in the area, so when it came to placing my own relative in a care home, there was only one choice for us. In my opinion, this is the best care home in the area.

Amazing staff, very kind, helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. My dad seems very settled content happy, this is my first visit. So I will complete another review. But I'm extremely happy with it so far and I've heard nothing but excellent reviews from people all over.

My sister went into Temple Croft for two weeks of respite, we found the home very comfortable and all staff were very caring and efficient. My sister was well cared for and would definitely be happy to return there should the need arise.

We can't thank Temple Croft enough for looking after our mum/nana. She has vascular dementia but she has settled in amazing. She is encouraged to join in activities that she thoroughly enjoys, every time we visit she is sat in the lounge with a hot drink. The staff are always around to ask questions
and speak to. In a challenging and sometimes stressful job, they always have a smile on. Her room is always tidy and clean and her bed is made. She has even moved rooms when they realised she gravitated and favoured a different room which was empty to suit her.


In previous respite care, my nana has always wanted to come home with us after we've visited as we left, but here she is happy to stay and waves us off, which is reassuring to us and puts our minds at rest. We highly recommend Temple Croft for a respite placement.
