My stepfather has been a resident for 3 months at this point. He has settled in well thanks to the care he receives from the attentive staff. The food always looks and smells delicious and there is always a good atmosphere in the lounge. The activities coordinator is very proactive and goes above and
beyond to arrange things of interest for my stepfather and all the residents. The home seems very well run and the communication has been excellent. For example, they always ring if there’s been even a minor fall, or anything that we might need to know about concerning his care. His room is always neat and tidy and very clean.

I've been here for one year and I am quite satisfied and happy. I have made friends with all the different cultures and I have made friends with people with the same interests. I enjoy the activities, especially the entertainment. We enjoy the food which suits everyone's needs. The Manager is helpful
and will do everything we need, The place is kept very clean and as good as have at home.

Before my mum came to stay here, she wasn't eating, drinking, or washing, she was basically wasting away. Now she is a totally different person, she's got a smile back on her face, she's clean and eating 3 meals a day and looks healthy again. I've nothing but praise for the staff for looking after her.

The staff are friendly and helpful at Temple Croft Care Home and is nice to see my nana in the company of other residents, she has been on her own for so long before she came to the home. My mum has been at Temple Croft since March 2022. She was originally discharged directly from the hospital here but I couldn’t have chosen a better care home for her. She is sadly permanently bed-bound and some days has no capacity, other days she has some. She has received the utmost care and compassion
from all members of staff who are just so kind, and caring and, although busy, always have time for her (and me when I visit). She has her hair and nails done by visiting professionals and is also visited by the lovely activities coordinator. The home is clean, the food smells great and the whole place has a really happy feel about it when I walk through it. Although I wish my mum didn’t need care, I can honestly say that I’m pleased she’s being looked after by a team of such lovely people - I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you

My nana came to you just after Christmas and I couldn’t ask for a better carehome for her to spend her last few months in. You loved and cared for her like she was your own. The staff are amazing and ever so caring! You offer fun and activities for them to help their brains stimulate weekly and your
entertainment and classics for them is great! I have no negatives for this care home it's so clean and well looked after and cannot thank them enough for how they looked after my nan!
P.s the food always smelt great.

What a lovely home from home this is, the staff are bubbly and friendly all the residents were content it was so lovely to go there for their coronation celebrations. Staff were dancing with residents and residents were singing.

My mother was referred to this home for respite for immediate care as she was suffering badly from anxiety, depression and dementia. It has taken several months for her to settle, but with the patience and help of all the lovely cares that I have met since her stay, she has now taken permanent care.
The staff are brilliant throughout, getting my mum to join in with activities, communicate and even smiles again. Certainly would recommend this home to other people that require the care and safekeeping.

My dad got sent to Temple Croft in February for respite and rehab. At first, my dad wasn't happy, but over time he started to settle and realise everyone was there to help him. The carers are so caring and understanding, not just to Dad, but to me as well. The girls are so caring and always at hand,
nothing is too much trouble. You can see how much care is put into all the residents and the love the residents have for each member of staff is heartwarming. The home is always doing activities and keeping the residents busy. So, for this, I thank you all for all the hard work you all do and for the love and attention you give my dad.
