My mother was referred to this home for respite for immediate care as she was suffering badly from anxiety, depression and dementia. It has taken several months for her to settle, but with the patience and help of all the lovely cares that I have met since her stay, she has now taken permanent care. The staff are brilliant throughout, getting my mum to join in with activities, communicate and even smiles again. Certainly would recommend this home to other people that require the care and safekeeping.

All the team are very friendly. They treat our family member with dignity and treat him as part of their family. He enjoys all the meals and says how good they are. Any concerns and the manager and admin are always there to help. Always seems to be lots of good activities or something going on.

My dad got sent to Temple Croft in February for respite and rehab. At first, my dad wasn't happy, but over time he started to settle and realise everyone was there to help him. The carers are so caring and understanding, not just to Dad, but to me as well. The girls are so caring and always at hand, nothing is too much trouble. You can see how much care is put into all the residents and the love the residents have for each member of staff is heartwarming. The home is always doing activities and keeping the residents busy. So, for this, I thank you all for all the hard work you all do and for the love and attention you give my dad.

Since Dad went to Temple Croft care home, he has improved so much with his weight and interaction with people. Prior to going to Temple Croft, he had lost two stone and was struggling with loneliness and interacting with others following his wife's death. He has dementia/ Alzheimers and has improved with his interaction so much, due to the care provided by the team at Temple Croft. It would be wrong for me to single out one person as the improvement has been due to the entire team at Temple Croft. The care, respect and love shown to him by the team has made such a big change in all of our lives. They are fantastic.

Mum was taken to Temple Croft after a short stay in hospital in May this year. She was a little distressed at first, but due to the patience and kindness of all the staff, she is now very settled and happy. There are so many activities available to the residents and as a family, we just can't thank them all enough. Thank you team Temple Croft. You are all amazing.

My mother has been in Temple Croft for the last five years and the experience has always been one of total care and treated with the utmost dignity. The last time I visited last week, I had a couple of questions for the manager to answer, which she promptly answered. Every time I visit, the staff are always pleasant and helpful.

My mother went to Temple Croft a month ago. She was quite anxious though she was not managing at home by herself. She is now, in such a short time, much happier and has made friends. Since she has been there, she has regained her smile and I have seen her laugh which is wonderful as I haven't seen her do that in a long time. Thank you so much to all the staff who made her feel comfortable, cared for and accepted from the moment she arrived. You are all wonderful and very caring - thank you so very much.

The care home is now my husband's home and it is hard knowing he will never live in his own home again. The knowledge that he is treated as part of a family and not just a resident, gives me peace of mind. The care he receives is excellent. He is treated with great respect, the staff are well-trained and very professional. Any issues we may have and they are few, are dealt with immediately, always to our satisfaction.

Dad has been in residential care at Temple Croft for nearly a year now, and he is very happy and well looked after there. The staff do a brilliant job of keeping the residents busy with arts, crafts and pamper sessions! All of the staff are always happy to talk to you and know each resident and their personal needs very well. The menu always looks fabulous too. Would highly recommend it! Thank you for all of the amazing work you do!

My nanna is always well cared for and staff at whatever the time of day are there to help with a smile and kind words. Visiting this week, nanna was offered a drink while I was there and assisted when needed the toilet. It is good they encourage her to go downstairs in the communal area too. Did not go in nanna's room today.

Temple Croft Care Home is a wonderful care home. My mum has been so looked after and has been very happy to call Temple Croft Care Home her home. My nana was also cared for here many years ago. The staff and management are extremely caring and deserve a medal for the job they do. As a family, we can't thank them enough for looking after our mum.

From the minute Dad went into the home he settled and was happy. He was well looked after with care, compassion and love. ALL the staff played their part in making his life as peaceful and worthwhile as it could be, particularly in his final days. The atmosphere in the home buzzes with happiness which emanates from the staff who have a great sense of humour and vast amount of experience in enabling residents to maintain dignity and respect in challenging circumstances. Thank you.

We were so grateful for all the love and care that was shown to dad during the year that he spent in Temple Croft Care Home. He was treated with respect, dignity and supported whatever his needs were. We were always welcomed with a smile and an update on how he was. Even during his final days when he needed so much time and care, every member of staff was exceptional in their response to his and our needs. We couldn't have asked for more.
