This care home, the minute you walk through the door, is a place you want to be. It is warm, welcoming and a vibrant place full of people who are totally dedicated to the people in their care. Each person is treated as an individual and their lives are enhanced accordingly. This is not a care home but
a home of love, care and acceptance.

My dad joined Orchard Court at the start of this year due to the rapid progression of Alzheimer's. The staff at the care home are incredibly friendly and helpful, I have no doubt that my dad is receiving the best care possible as they demonstrate an amazing level of care and patience with activities
planned out and thought going into what interests my dad.
They have made a difficult transition for our family so much easier.

I have tried several residential care homes but Orchard Court is a dream come true. They certainly deserve their outstanding rating. It is very clean and the staff are always interacting with the residents and always smiling. There is a very pleasant atmosphere.

My Mum came to Orchard court after a rather upsetting event in her life. From the moment we saw her bungalow at Orchard Court and met the staff we knew it was the right place for her. The bungalow is bright and airy and she has made it her own by adding her own furniture etc. All the staff are very
helpful and the care she has received has been wonderful. She enjoys the food and has settled well, especially considering she spent 90 years in the same village before moving to Brigg.

My dad is looked after really well and is happy at Orchard Court Care Home. The staff are so kind and caring and we know that dad is well cared for. It is a very happy place and it has got everything we want, it's as close to home as you can get. No praise high enough for any of the staff and good humour
and always a smile. :)

Having never experienced care homes before I was very apprehensive, frightened and nervous, but I certainly needn't have worried. As soon as I entered the care home it was like home from home. All the staff could not have been nicer, nothing was too much trouble for them, always with a lovely friendly
smile, a credit to the management. The meals are even home cooked to your dietary needs and assistance given to residents with dexterity problems with their hands and patience they give residents who cannot feed themselves is to be commended.
The standard of hygiene is excellent, having been a patient in many hospitals they could show them what hygiene really means.
In conclusion, whether it's for yourself or a relative, I one hundred per cent recommend Orchard Court.

I have been here since March 2018. I have found the staff all to be helpful and very faithful. I am fed very well.

Mum went into Orchard Court in December 2011 and understandably was a little apprehensive. But she soon made friends with the other residents and the staff. Certainly, in the beginning, she got involved with various activities on offer, including trips into Brigg to shop and perhaps go for a coffee.
She
had some excellent staff members around her and was very well looked after.
From a visitors point of view, the staff were always polite and friendly.
Mum was in the care of Orchard Court for seven and a half years and as a family, we were very happy with the care she received.

My friend is a resident at Orchard Court and has lived at the home for nine and a half years. My friend receives care and support to a very high standard. My friend requires a lot of support and nothing is too much trouble at the home.
There is a great range of activities available. The food is outstanding.

I do as I like, get up when I want, go to bed when I want nothing better.
I have been here five years, I eat what I want and the staff help me with all I want.
I can go out when I want and I get visitors.

Mum hasn't always been easy, at times can be quite difficult and uncooperative. Staff have always been patient and caring. The meals are excellent, cleanliness excellent. Staff always welcoming and accommodating. When visiting various homes looking, Orchard Court was the only one that didn't have 'that

My mother needed a short-term placement following a spell in hospital after having a fall at home. We were recommended to come and see Orchard Court. My mother and I were a little apprehensive given the bad press that is so regularly posted online and within the media, however, this Care Home exceeded
expectations 100%. With having no information about care homes, the home manager was so welcoming, understanding and knowledgeable about her home, the staff and how they would ensure my mother would be happy, comfortable and safe.


Within a short time and having had a look around, the manager put my mind at ease and reassured us. Mum had such a good time, loved the food (which while in hospital she didn't have a good appetite) and couldn't praise the staff enough. I am so grateful to the home and if we needed this again, I would make sure Orchard Court were contacted first. What a fabulous example to put minds at rest that there are such fantastic places available for our loved ones.

My mother has been a resident for over 2 years and I have always found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The food is of a very high standard.
The entertainment organiser is particularly good with plenty of ideas which the residents really enjoy.
I am always made welcome when visiting
and feel I can phone at any time.
Most importantly I don't worry about how my mother is being cared for at Orchard Court.

My nan has been in Orchard Court Care Home since December 2016. She is incredibly well looked after and the staff do a wonderful job (even when my nan is being stubborn or mischievous!). I am continuously amazed at the range, variety and number of events and activities that the home arrange for the
residents and visitors. As I only get to visit every couple of months it is brilliant to look at the photo album to see what my nan has been up to. The home is full of laughter, which is so important. The staff take a lot of time to get to know all the residents and treat them all as individuals with the respect and dignity they deserve. I am also hugely grateful for the peace of mind this has given my mum who found the process of my nan going into a home very difficult, after caring for her for over 10 years. I can't thank the staff enough for all they do.
