Very good. Good grub.
Lovely room.
I have only been here for 4 days but already realised that the home is outstanding.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful place to anyone - when can I move in?
They are all very conscientious and caring for all the residents.
The property and rooms are kept to the highest standard. Safety is always of the highest importance.
Overall the home is ideal for anyone and I would recommend without any hesitation.
A happy care home. Well thought out. Comfortable beds. Reasonable priced!
All staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Care has been outstanding. The management team are wonderful, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending this venue. We chose the Millings after viewing several other similar facilities.
The staff are cheerful and from the domestic staff to the carers, they all talk and interact with the residents.
The staff I've known for a long time have come to feel like friends.
As my father has needed more support, the staff at The Millings have stepped in and increased the levels of care as needed.
My mother has now been a resident for seven months and has now settled in well. Before deciding on The Millings I visited several other homes in the area and chose The Millings because it was head and shoulders above any other home. There is a lovely atmosphere throughout the home and on my regular visits, I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Mam is very well looked after and is happy at The Millings.
We had heard a lot about The Millings in recommendations but all of our expectations have been exceeded. The level of care, the staff's level of understanding in the complex path of elderly care has been outstanding. They have helped my mum and myself on every level. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have taken so much time to get to know my mum and provide for her an excellent level of care. Thank you seems too small a phrase to express our gratitude, but know it is heartfelt.
The staff are angels and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The owners are frequently on site and take a great personal interest in all of us and are constantly making improvements.
It is a lovely old building and the beautiful gardens are a bonus.
Comfortable, good food, good staff and friendly. Nothing to grumble about.
Settled in well.
I have nothing to complain about.
The atmosphere is always cheerful. Meals are very good and they offer a choice if needed.
It is a lovely residential home with lots of activities and events going on with interesting variety.
Crafts, outings, coffee mornings and even some residents get support to do marathons.
A very nice and warm environment. Staff excellent. Food nice and tasty with a good variety.
As my relative has only been in the home for a couple of weeks, we have not had a great deal of experience of the home, but what we have seen so far has been excellent in every way.
Excellent, amazing staff and beautiful surroundings. Can't fault it in any way.
My father is happy, comfortable and cosy in The Millings. This is definitely a care home, not just residential and I think I will be living there myself in 30 years time!
Out of all the homes we visited The Millings is the exception above the rest, the friendly staff, beautiful rooms and decor and above all the way they interact with each individual resident make it feel like home for them. I will be putting my name down when I need to move into a care home.
