Highly recommend Priceholme for respite and permanent care as you are made to feel welcome.

I experienced great kindness from a few individuals. All staff were courteous.

I have been treated with respect and kindness by all the staff. The food is well prepared and lovely menus. I miss my home but if I had to live anywhere else it would be here.

I cannot praise the staff of Priceholme enough for everything they do for my mum, particularly in these difficult circumstances. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I don’t think it would be possible to find more caring staff anywhere.

Although my mother was only a resident for a very short time, the care that she received in her final days could not be faulted. The staff were so very kind, both to mummy and also my sister and I. Our mother died peacefully in their loving care. Thank you.

It is a safe environment and is a special place.

My father has been a resident in Priceholme for over 2 years now. He is settled and happy. I am confident he is looked after by the staff of Priceholme in an exemplary manner. We visit every 3 or 4 weeks. We live in the west of the country, we always arrive unannounced and always find dad to be clean and well dressed. Both he and myself find staff kind, friendly and obliging. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.

My very elderly mum was a resident at Priceholme for a short period earlier this year until her care needs changed. During her stay, the management and staff went above and beyond their duty of care to make my mum's stay as pleasurable and as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I would have no hesitation in recommending Priceholme to others and my thanks to all the staff for their help and professionalism.

A bright and airy building. Clean and nicely furnished all the staff I came into contact with were very welcoming and cheerful. The staff were also more importantly very caring towards my elderly friend who was just beginning her residency.

My mother has just completed two weeks respite care and has agreed to another 2 weeks with a view to a permanent placement. The staff are so good with my Mum and also our family.

Consistent level of excellent care. Stable trained staff who genuinely care for residents. Regular events. Consistently well-prepared food.

Priceholme really tries hard to make it a 'home from home' experience. It will always be a difficult transition but I have found that Mum has been treated as an individual and with complete dignity and respect. The colleagues here genuinely care and make one to one relationships, involving Mum in activities whenever possible and making a fuss on her birthday. As a visitor, I am always made to feel welcome and involved. Thank you.

Priceholme is a delightful home with really helpful and friendly staff, who have made my Mum very welcome and couldn't have done more for her. This was on a respite basis but would certainly recommend it. Thank you all.
