Overall Experience
From visiting to enquire about the suitability, the management and care staff were fully equipped to deal with every question I asked and were honest about what they could/could not provide.
They were friendly and allowed several visits and tours around the premises at all hours so I could judge the standard of facilities and level of care being delivered.

My father was admitted at the start of this month and he has settled well, looks better than he has in years and is happy in this very comfortable, clean and safe environment. An excellent all-round level of service and care is evident in my father's physical and mental health since his arrival.

My mother has lived in Ryton Towers for quite a few years. Standards are very good, staff are very caring and helpful. The food is very good for my mother as she has to have a soft diet, but when talking to the other residents, they don't like the new food.

I find that the home could do with decorating and brightening up but overall, I am happy with the care my mother gets from the caring staff.

Overall Experience

Ryton Towers is a well-managed, immaculate and enormously friendly care home. In the time my mother has been there I cannot fault the approach of the staff, they are thoroughly professional, helpful and extremely affable. This is the second care home in which my mother has been a resident and the first was excellent but it difficult to articulate just how outstanding Ryton Towers is and still do the other justice. The home is extremely clean and the level of care my mother receives is truly outstanding in every respect. At all times the staff are always willing to help and when I have had questions about her care, the manager(s) and staff have gone the extra mile to ensure that they explained everything in detail. It is not difficult to see that care homes of Ryton Towers' standard are a rarely seen organisation, and much sought after.

The care, accommodation, general environment and fellowship my aunt has enjoyed since moving into Ryton Towers surpasses all of our expectations. It is particularly pleasing that she seems to have a greater deal of independence whilst having the security and social interaction that Ryton Towers brings.

The management, staff and fellow residents have all made a great contribution to the way my aunt has settled in her 'new home from home'.
