My mother has lived in Ryton Towers for quite a few years. Standards are very good, staff are very caring and helpful. The food is very good for my mother as she has to have a soft diet, but when talking to the other residents, they don't like the new food.


I find that the home could do with decorating

and brightening up but overall, I am happy with the care my mother gets from the caring staff.

Ryton Towers is a well-managed, immaculate and enormously friendly care home. In the time my mother has been there I cannot fault the approach of the staff, they are thoroughly professional, helpful and extremely affable. This is the second care home in which my mother has been a resident and the first
was excellent but it difficult to articulate just how outstanding Ryton Towers is and still do the other justice. The home is extremely clean and the level of care my mother receives is truly outstanding in every respect. At all times the staff are always willing to help and when I have had questions about her care, the manager(s) and staff have gone the extra mile to ensure that they explained everything in detail. It is not difficult to see that care homes of Ryton Towers' standard are a rarely seen organisation, and much sought after.

Although my husband has only been in for 2 weeks, the staff have made him welcome and coping with his behaviour which is challenging.

The care, accommodation, general environment and fellowship my aunt has enjoyed since moving into Ryton Towers surpasses all of our expectations. It is particularly pleasing that she seems to have a greater deal of independence whilst having the security and social interaction that Ryton Towers brings.


The

management, staff and fellow residents have all made a great contribution to the way my aunt has settled in her 'new home from home'.
