St Peter’s Court Care Home provides residential and dementia care and is situated in Wallsend, close to the river Tyne, just a short drive away from the Northumbrian coastline.

St Peter’s Court offers a warm and welcoming environment, with a team of highly qualified and caring professionals. What’s more, it is able to enhance the service it provides through an additional layer of health professionals, ensuring that residents receive a first class level of care.

Since my mam has been a resident of St Peters Court she has been very happy.
The staff provide all the needs and care that my mam needs. The staff are all friendly and go above and beyond their normal duties. The care home is always clean and tidy. My mam feels at home there and her care is at a very

My mum has now lived in St Peter's Court for 11 months. She has always felt safe and cared for by the wonderful staff, which is a great relief for me living so far away in Somerset. I have noticed during recent visits that since the new management took over but there is a much happier atmosphere amongst
the staff.

Staff very patient with him on admission and is very happy on first day after a traumatic evening of distress. He is happy with the environment and food etc.

This is an excellent home in all ways.
As soon as my mother walked through the door, she said it was like home. The staff are very supportive and an invaluable member of the team. She has listened to our concerns about our mother. It is lovely to see her smiling again.
The member of staff in the office
is very welcoming! The maintenance man is a star! Thank you to all the staff who made my mam so welcome.

The members of staff are so professional in their care. My mother-in-law says it feel like home, which puts us, as a family, at ease. Staff put great care for all. We met all of the staff and invited to have tea and biscuits - so good.
Admin gave us so much information on the running of the things
they do.
Maintenance team - so fantastic, he's great.

Was really worried putting my mam into respite as never have before. The staff made me feel really reassured and has settled so well. I will definitely be using this service at this home again.

We find this a very homely environment with very friendly staff. Mam struggles with getting out of the bed and sometimes finds the food not great. The rating for management refers to there not having been any permanent management for some time, we are hoping the new management will improve things. Mam
sometimes worries there are not enough staff. The garden needs some attention! The room can be very hot.

The staff have been amazing, not only to the resident but also to the family. The family have always been kept up to date. Mum-in-law is very happy here. the staff go over and above with their care towards residents. Great activities are offered. Residents feel at home. Thank you.

I brought my mother in for respite and she ended up staying permanently. The management and staff are like family. Nothing is too much trouble. Flexible visiting and can take your family member out. Spotlessly clean. Amazing activities. My mother has company, a lovely en-suite room and is very happy.
I know she is in a safe and secure environment. Top of the list for care homes.

My mam has just celebrated her 89th birthday (her second birthday since moving into St Peter's Court). The staff and residents sang Happy Birthday and made her feel very special. I supplied a birthday cake which everyone seemed to enjoy. The staff couldn't have been more supportive and made her very
happy. I feel that I can speak to any of them and they know my mam's likes and dislikes, this includes the hairdresser. I know that my mam feels safe and is well looked after. Thanks for everything.

I am a service user living at St Peter's Court. I would highly recommend St Peter's Court to anyone needing care for and a special place to live. I experience a scary situation, and if it hadn't been for the staff at St Peter's Court, I may not have been here now. I will forever be grateful for the
