an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Our mam moved to Cheviot Court a few months ago and what a difference. She's interacting more with us when visiting or taking her out. She's eating much better, more mobile as there's always something going on entertainment-wise and we can't say enough good things about the caring and brilliant staff.

The facility is amazing, very clean, with very friendly and professional staff from the warden to the managers, carers, cleaning staff and not forgetting the handyman. My mam never wanted to go into care but went in for respite and has decided to stay as it is so well run and she is so well looked after.
She loves her accommodation, the staff, the events and the food. All in all, a truly great place, and she is thriving. Well done and thank you.

My mam has been in Cheviot Court for 6 weeks now and finds it a lovely, secure place to live. The staff are absolutely brilliant with her. They are always pleasant, polite, and so friendly with my mam and us all. They have lots of activities and entertainment on. She enjoys the food and is eating and
drinking much better. We as a family, are so happy with Cheviot Court.

The care home is very well equipped and very well decorated. It is clean and tidy. The staff are all so nice and caring, I could not fault them. I am so pleased that my mam was able to get into Cheviot Court. I had heard that it was an excellent care home and I agree 100%.

Mam joined Cheviot Court in June and we've found management and carers very friendly and approachable. Mam's Alzheimer's means she can be confused and tearful at times, but we know all her needs are being met at Cheviot Court, including a range of social activities and excellent and varied food menu.

The home has a warm caring atmosphere. On arrival at the care home, staff are always pleasant and helpful. The staff caring for my mother are friendly and caring. They do an amazing job despite often being short staffed. Unfortunately my mother doesn't communicate much which sometimes results in her
being sat for long periods without a toilet break. However as soon as staff are aware of this, she is seen too.

The staff at Cheviot Court really do go above and beyond for their residents. My grandma recently celebrated her 100th birthday and this occasion was marking in so many fantastic ways by staff. As a family, we were blown away by the effort and ability to think outside the box when planning Grandma's
birthday celebrations. In particular, 2 carers, who listened to grandmas stories and used that information to make her day so much more personal. Cheviot Court is a fantastic care home and we couldn't wish for a better staff to be caring for our loved one.

The staff and management made the transition of my Father leaving his home (after recently losing my Mam) to the care home a much easier process. They are warm, friendly and welcoming. They see him as an individual as his needs can differ from other residents and are very aware of his needs. My Dad
said he feels safe and cared for. We could not ask for more.

I am very pleased and satisfied with my mother's overall care at Cheviot Court. The carers and management team are very helpful and pleasant. My mother is well looked after and catered for. The home is spotlessly clean, and there are lots of activities for the residents. My mother is very happy there.

Staff always friendly, always happy to chat when I ring, they always go above and beyond, my dad is always clean and tidy, always freshly clothed and always smiling, my dad has told me the home is his new family and he has settled in better than expected. Dad is happy so that makes us happy. Also a

Mam has been a resident at Cheviot Court for two years now. Her needs are always met, carers and staff are very caring and friendly towards Mam. Mam is included in the many activities the team put on. I have been visiting Mam regularly and am treated as part of the family - it's like home from home.
Staff and residents and visitors are all one big, happy family. I would recommend Cheviot Court to anyone who needs to go into a care home.

When my father got a place in Cheviot Court Care Home, I was pleased as it was in a familiar area were he had lived for many years. Absolutely amazing care service. My dad is so happy. Staff are well-trained, compassionate and professional. Cheviot Court is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Management and office staff could not be more helpful. Person-centred care at its best. Would 100% recommend.

When my sister got a place in Cheviot Court Care Home I was pleased as it has a good reputation. If you are looking for a care home, I sincerely recommend you visit Cheviot Court Care Home first and foremost. You will then discover what an excellent care home is and should actually be like. Very high standards are maintained in every single aspect, for example, food, facilities and cleanliness.
There are also loads of activities which the residents really enjoy. Cheviot Court is very well managed and all the family (i.e staff) are wonderful. Most importantly, Mam is extremely happy here (always smiling and laughing when we visit) and receives exemplary care and support. Any health concerns are dealt with appropriately and immediately. I am so grateful to all at Cheviot Court, Mam is in such a safe and loving environment.

I’ve worked at Cheviot Court since 2004, and became the home’s manager in 2010. I started as a domestic and worked my way up.
I really like that we’re one big family in this home – residents and colleagues alike. We look out for each other, and support each other – just like families do.
I’m proud of the hardworking team here at Cheviot Court. We aim to achieve the highest standards in all areas of the home’s life. I believe in supporting my team to do their best work and fulfil their potential, because, when they’re happy, residents are happy.
Residents at Cheviot Court have choice and freedom. They decide how they live their life and what they do each day. We aim to make everything resident-led.
It’s an effective approach. When I see residents enjoying an activity, chatting together over lunch, or happy at the end of the day, I know we’ve got it right.
