The Lodge Residential Care Home

I have been at The Lodge Residential Care Home a number of times over the years in respite care and wouldn't go anywhere else. The activities manager looks after us great.

I find the staff at The Lodge give good care to my mum and others. My mum is settled and loves the staff. She has dementia. The home is up to a good standard, communication is good. Meals are good.

Great staff, lovely home, staff do their best to keep patients entertained visits from entertainers, Bingo ect. Good facilities.

I find The Lodge a first class care home. My mother has been here 2 years and is very happy. The staff have a great relationship with the guests and are always doing stimulating activities. The staff always address any concerns we have promptly and efficiently. The food is excellent and varied and she is always well fed and hydrated.

No problem, couldn't fault mams care. She is happy, well looked after. Lovely meals, place clean and tidy.

I cannot fault this home, it is really good. All the staff are great and the home is decorated lovely, one of the best i've seen.

The Lodge care home is a good home. My brother is very well looked after. The staff are very friendly, and always work hard, very approachable. I would recommend The Lodge care home as a very good home.

Staff are always very helpful, room is always clean and tidy. Seems to be plenty of activities going on. On the whole a very good care home.

My dad has been at The Lodge for two years now, he is very shy and reluctant to join in, however a carer has worked with my dad and gently encouraged him to sit with the other male residents for a chat and even been able to get him to have a couple of meals in the dining room, which for my dad is a huge achievement.

Couldn't fault the care my mams received always warm and friendly and always ready to help and answer any questions we may have.
