Honestly could not thank the staff enough for all the help and support they have given my nanna. They have all been patient and accommodating with her while she settled in and continue to meet all her needs. We are kept informed of how she has been up to each time we visit. We're all very appreciative
to all the staff at Ashbourne Lodge. Thank you from her family.

Since my mam came to the home, I have seen an improvement in my mam's health. She is happy and content, eating well. Staff are really helpful and friendly, I can not fault them. Management approachable if any concerns.

Mam has been at Ashbourne Lodge for over a year now. It is a happy, friendly, supportive, safe environment where the staff are great! She enjoys the company of the friends she has made and the relaxing lounge and garden space. So pleased we found this care home - 5 stars!

Every time I visit, the staff and residents always greet you with smiles. I had the most beautiful Christmas lunch with my dad. The staff dressed for the occasion as elves. The atmosphere of the lunch was stunning; the lunch was the best meal I have had in a long time. I'm happy to see the care my dad
gets and peace of mind for my family. Love to all the staff for their hard work.

I am absolutely blown away by all members of staff at Maple Lodge. They are caring compassionate, friendly. Nothing is too much trouble at all. They welcome me and my family every time we visit. They have shown nothing but compassion for my sick mum. Her room is always immaculate, and her belongings
are looked after. I would highly recommend to others. Once again team thank you so very much for such an amazing job you keep doing.

Had a fabulous Christmas dinner. The food was first class and the staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. My mam thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas music and decorations.

Punam has gained over ten years’ experience in providing care and support to older people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Punam joined Ashbourne Lodge as Home Manager because she closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Ashbourne Lodge.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Punam remarked: “I get enormous satisfaction from seeing our Residents well looked after.”


Away from work, Punam enjoys listening to music and socialising with her family and friends.
