Ashbourne Lodge is an excellent home. It has very good facilities and is attractively furnished. The best part of the service is the staff who are always friendly, kind and considerate. It is a very well managed care home.

Care home manager and team; I would like to say as a clinician myself I am fully aware of the litigation involved with safeguarding vulnerable adults. From my first meeting with the manager, under stressful family pressures, she put my and my family's minds at ease. Traditionally and statistically British Indian/Asians do not admit family members to care homes due to fears of poor care. The manager and her team addressed our fears, comforted and reassured us like no one else in the industry has been able to. A gold standard care home. The team are angels and I can't thank them enough.

My mother-in-law was a resident at Ashbourne Lodge for three and a half years. Sadly she passed away at the end of November 20. In her time at the home, she always received excellent care. Also, the members of staff provided a genuine interest in her well-being throughout her stay and made sure she was well looked after, with this in mind I would recommend Ashbourne Lodge to anybody who was looking for a care home for friends or family.

My mother was a resident at Ashbourne Lodge for three and a half years until she sadly passed away last month. Throughout her stay, she received excellent care and was always treated with respect and dignity. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashbourne Lodge.

I am very pleased with the care I receive at Ashbourne Lodge. The staff and management work very hard to look after us and to keep us happy. Coronavirus lockdown has been a trial, we have had every attention and followed all the rules, hopefully it will soon end and we will all be back to normal. Best wishes to the manager and all the lovely staff.
