Feel that my mam is so lucky to have found her Washington Grange family. She is looked after like one or every staff member would look after one of their own.

Thank you to each + every member of a great team.

I have found this home an excellent choice for my mother, considering she was in two hospitals prior to this, and her mental and physical health was very poor, she has excelled considerably. The staff realised my mother needed mental stimulation, and moved her to a different bedroom near the front desk. This more inspired my mother, she found the will to power to fight her illness, and now the staff have given my mother little jobs to do, which she greatly enjoys, especially her title of Ambassador for the home. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Their caring nature and empathy is a tribute to this home.

It's not appropriate to specify a date. My friend has been a resident at Washington Grange for over 6 years. During that time he has been close to passing, but through the care and help from the staff, he rallied round and is now doing really well at 97. He is well cared for and often encouraged to join in the various social events at the home.

I can't fault the care he receives and any concerns are duly sorted. Visiting my friend twice a week I have seen staff came and go, but all staff are attentive to my friend.

OH MY WORD AMAZING!!!
What can I say, I walked into the care home this morning after being on holiday for a week worried about what I may find after my mother being unwell before leaving, to find a silent disco in full swing, all of the residents taking part in a sing a long, with a DJ (BRILLIANT) how amazing!! Care staff all dressed up and singing and dancing with all of the residents, the interaction from all the staff including kitchen staff, the handy man the list goes on and so does the care it's incredible the attention that is given to all of the residents, the lady sitting next to me said she had had a lovely morning.
My mam has sung her heart out this morning danced and laughed, fabulous to see.

Well done and a huge thank you to everyone who works here and for the care in which my mam receives

I cannot speak highly enough of the care & support my dad receives at this care home. From day one, the staff have been outstanding - kind, patient, professional, & genuinely caring. They take the time to know each resident as an individual which makes a hugh difference for both residents and families. The facilities are always clean, tidy and well maintained, creating a comfortable & welcoming environment. The food & drink service is excellent with good-quality meals that are clearly prepared with care & attention to residents' needs & preferences. Most importantly, the home feels very safe & well managed, giving real peace of mind that vulnerable people are properly looked after & respected.

I Visited my Aunt Marjorie this weekend . I cannot praise this home enough. The staff are amazing . They are so friendly and helpful. The care is excellent and food is good. We travelled up from Wiltshire to see her, and the staff offered us food and drink on arrival .We had dinner with her , which was lovely .
My aunt looks so well cared for, with nails and hair done . Her dog is allowed to visit regularly . She is very happy there .
Thank you all .
I look forward to visiting again soon.

We nearly lost our dad these past couple of weeks I cannot tell you how caring and efficient the staff were. So helpful with our family too. 100% service. I would like to mention Denise the senior she has gone above and beyond with us as all the staff have. These girls all need praise from the office to the floor, domestics, kitchen, laundry, carers - super proud of them all.

My sister-in-law passed away on 15th July after 5 1/2 yrs in their care. Could not have asked for better care. They were by her side until the end. Thank you all. My brother is also in the same home receiving all the care and attention he needs as my sister-in-law did. I visit every week. He is always clean and well dressed. He loves to flurt with the girls! It makes his day! Thank you for all you do for him. xx

First time I came she was asleep but people we left her with were taking and cheerful, even cuddled me before I left. Home looks lovely, tidy, nice and clean. Staff are so friendly and made us welcome. She was asleep at first but woke up and we got on great, first time for a long time. Second visit she was so different, much more talkative.

I first visited Washington Grange to 'suss' it out, a couple of months ago. All staff took time to show me around and explain everything. During that visit I knew it was the right place for my step-mum to be. Now that she is here, the whole family is very happy with everything at the Grange. Very friendly and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Great attention to every detail and people treated as individuals.

My dad was a resident from November 24 until his death on 23/4/25. Right from the start he was treated like a family member by the staff, so caring, friendly, kind and professional. The care home public areas and his bedroom were always clean and warm. The home cooked meals and snacks were delicious and plentiful. There was entertainment for the residents, visiting singers, local school children and trips out. His clothes were regularly laundered. We could not have asked for a better. Home from home for our beloved dad.

My dad came in 6 weeks ago. I am very impressed with the place. It is like a hotel. The staff are very friendly and I have no fear of him receiving any abuse. My dad seems very settled. I wish the car park was bigger with many more spaces, otherwise it is very good.

Like so many of his generation my 96 year old father has a fierce independent streak. Some months ago, when he was first admitted, he was extremely uncooperative and confrontational. The wonderful staff insisted that they wouldn't give up on him and would persevere with him. I was doubtful. I shouldn't have been. They have completely turned things around. Dad is settled, eating better and participates in the activities. The care given is on show every time we visit. A massive thank you to all the staff.
