My sister and I were really pleased with the way the staff treated the residents and our Auntie fitted in really well.

I would recommend Ormesby Grange to anyone.

Went to the Remember When singalong and it was lovely, the staff went above and beyond what they had to do. There was food and drink provided for all, I took my granddaughter along and she loved it.

The residents had a great time, some even trying to dance and all of us had a good singalong.

Amazing staff.
Always go the extra mile.
Always there for the families also.
Giving hugs to the elderly is one thing I am always seeing staff do which is so lovely.

My Nana is so happy there and that makes my family happy.

Not a particular experience but an overall one. The manager and all staff at Ormesby Grange Care Home, showed empathy, understanding, respect at all times. They helped us celebrate a milestone birthday (100) with complete enthusiasm. They created a warm, friendly, loving occasion and all hands on board. It was to be our friend's last special memory, but one she treasured ... on her passing, they gave her a send-off which will stay with me always, they lined a path with all the staff respectfully bowing heads to see her on her final journey. Not to mention at least 10 actually attending the service taking time on their days off to come!! A credit to the company, beautiful people!!!

The staff are so caring, looked after my mum for 5 yrs. Cannot thank them enough. I had peace of mind knowing she was well cared for and happy in her own way.

Overall Experience
My dad was admitted here for care via the hospital as he was very poorly and my mother was unable to look after him.
Although he only spent two weeks in here our family could not fault anything about this home. From the day he went in he was treated with care and respect by all members of staff. The manager was very helpful whenever we asked any questions.
The room was clean and tidy and of adequate size.
I felt that the carers went above their duties by being so professional in all that they did and their care and attitude was excellent at all times

I feel that they treat him as not only a resident but as a friend also. Would never have any doubt in using this care home again.

My mother has been very happy as a resident here at Ormesby Grange. This has been because of the staff. They are friendly, they always have a smile and offer help or just a kind word. The cleanliness is second to none. One thing we have always said as a family and friends the home always smells nice, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped no matter how busy people are they make time.

This is the 3rd place of trying out places for my husband on basis of 2 days respite every 2 weeks. Each time on entering the care home, I have found it a very pleasant place to enter. Clean, bright and most of all staff who are friendly and helpful and who seem to be caring.

Overall Experience

My husband had been badly neglected by his previous care home and was hospitalised with severe dehydration, resulting in a seven-day stay. I approached Ormesby Grange with all the information on my husband and asked if they could care for him, they have not disappointed me. He is a very complex patient, with many needs, and all his requirements have been met. My husband seems settled and happy in Ormesby Grange Care Home and I feel slightly less worried about his welfare.
