Staff are friendly and very caring and always respond to requests. A range of activities is on offer most days. My mother's needs are well met and she is encouraged to be involved in things happening in the home. The staff know my mother well and have identified when her needs have changed and kept me updated.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience.

Managers and carers are very approachable regarding any concerns that may arise. In the eight months my wife has been a resident she has been treated with respect and good humour. Visiting times are flexible and visitors are not made to feel unwelcome. I feel comfortable in leaving my wife in their care
Room is satisfactory for needs. Food is good. Care staff are generally good & helpful, doing a difficult job. Cleaning staff are good and polite. Generally care home is good with plenty of activities going on.
My mother has a rapport with some staff and plenty of laughter at times.
Lovely home. Fantastic staff, very caring & polite and do everything to make residents live comfortably.
All staff are kind and caring and very approachable.
This care home is in a league of its own. You will not find another care home like this in the area the staff and management are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond. Sadly, my grandad got put on end of life a week before Christmas and the staff here were absolutely amazing, not just with my grandad but with me as well. I didn't leave his side for days and they made sure I wanted for nothing, bedding, pillows even coming in with food for me saying I had to eat. Sometimes just checking I was ok, I honestly do not think I could of got through the most devastating time of my life without my Hadrian Park family. I will be forever grateful to them, the standard of care they give is exceptional. If your loved one needs a home this is the place for them.
My grandad spent his last 6 months in this home and they are all absolutely amazing. Would do absolutely anything for their residents and the family. I would highly recommend this home to anybody who asked. They turned into friends not just people. Even on his funeral they all asked about it, and some of them even came. Thank you so much for making my grandads last 6 months enjoyable. Always up to something, even taking them on days out. You should all be so proud of yourselves and the manager is an amazing person. She's a credit to that home.
This care home has brilliant management and staff go above beyond for clients and family. My grandma is here and it's like going from home to home, nothing is ever too much for them. The daily activities are brilliant and get all residents involved. The shops and pub is a 2 minute walk if you wanted to take a family member for a meal or drink, lovely gardens to sit and enjoy sun, of course when sunny. I would definitely recommend this home.
Carers go out of their way to help and cannot fault them. However at the moment no dishwasher in the kitchen carers have to wash pots which is taking them away from their post to be there for residents, also not exactly hygienic (a restaurant or cafe wouldn't get away with it) no salad available at the weekend, no porridge this morning and sorry no marmalade for your toast. At £1100 a week you would expect a bit better. Sorry to have to post this.
Thank you for your kind comments towards the care residents receive at Hadrian Park. Our carers do indeed go above and beyond consistently to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Our dishwasher had recently broken however this has now been fixed, and was attended to as quickly as we were...
The home and staff are excellent, my partner is well looked after, the staff regularly go above and beyond with residents, building up great relationships and taking time with the residents. The staff are never too busy to listen and help and they always take time to find something my partner will eat. The staff encourage the residents to get the very best out of every one of them. Many of the residents have individual needs and they all seem to be fully catered for.
I have found the home an excellent place for her as she loves to have company around her.
All of the staff are caring, friendly, polite and seem to be very happy in their roles.
The home is very clean, has a great atmosphere, and organises daily/weekly activities for all of the residents.
They also organise events around dates such as World Cup, Christmas, Halloween, etc, and regularly have to visit singers and trips to the local pub and social clubs.
I am very happy with the care my mum is receiving and would definitely recommend Hadrian Park.
My brother has been at Hadrian Park for a few months now. He has settled in well. Which I must say is down to all the staff who are all friendly and caring from the carers to housekeeping. The entertainment team does a fabulous job of keeping everyone happy with different activities for all to join in. The management are always available to help with any problems that come up. Thank you Hadrian Park for making the transition into the care system so easy. Keep up the fantastic work everyone.
We have had a much-loved member of our family cared for at Hadrian Park for the past 9 months, and cannot praise the amazing team of staff enough for the love, care and attention they give her. From the beginning, they made the transition as easy as they could, and consistently provide a high level of care that gives us the peace of mind to know she is in good hands. I visit the home often enough to see the many demands on their time, and yet they remain professional and caring at all times. The staff at Hadrian Park are a credit to the home and their profession. Thank you.
The care home is clean and welcoming although some of the rooms do require a little freshening up.
Would definitely recommend Hadrian Park to anyone looking for a caring, secure environment for their loved one.
Staff are looking after my friend with respect and compassion; they treat each resident as an individual. All the staff are really busy, but they always find time to explain what's going on and answer any questions they can.

The staff at the care home have provided excellent patient-centred care for our family member. They have gone above and beyond making sure they did everything possible to give him the best care they could. All staff we met including the managers, genuinely cared and they communicated with us every day, which really helped us understand everything we needed to at the time. Thanks to Hadrian Park we have felt supported through a really difficult time for all the family and we can't thank them enough.

Meet the Team (1)

I was keen to join Care UK because it is known as one of the best providers of older peoples care. I'd heard about how supportive the organisation was and had actually managed a local residential home. Hadrian Park was our biggest rival, so when a suitable role came up here, I grabbed it with both hands!
I love having a chance to have a chat with the wonderful residents of Hadrian Park. Their lives are incredibly interesting, and each person has a story to tell. I feel extremely privileged to be able to care for them and support them, particularly through the difficult times of the pandemic.
I also feel very privileged to work with such a fantastic team. Each person who works at Hadrian Park is passionate, caring and always puts residents first. It's what makes our care home so special and what enables residents to live fulfilling lives.
Away from work, I unwind by spending time with my family, reading, watching documentaries and enjoying holidays in the sun.
