Overall Experience

My parents received excellent care at Chichester Hall. We were welcomed at any time of the day. Staff were caring, professional, continually keeping us updated on my parent's health. The support we received as a family was superb. The home also has excellent relations with the G.P practice and district nurses. I would recommend Chichester Hall to anyone.

First class standard of care by all members of staff who clearly went the extra mile to ensure this comfort and care was always available for both residents and relatives, especially so during my mother's last days when their support was much appreciated.

Overall Experience
The staff are great, very hard working.
Understaffing is obvious though, even if staff are very, very hardworking, often it's difficult to find anyone.
The home is very welcoming, everyone is really friendly and helpful and nothing is overlooked.
Residents are happy and looked after and treated as part of the family.

It's nice that the home isn't made to seem clinical - it's more like a family home.

Overall Experience
As I live a few hundred miles away, I have complete peace of mind that my mum is in the best place possible. Chichester Hall is a secure, yet homely place which is large, light and airy. The atmosphere is quiet, calm, peaceful and restful. All the dedicated staff go about their caring duties in a most professional, calm, quiet and caring manner. They are all obviously dedicated to their vocation and treat residents as if they were their own family. Management is led efficiently, diligently and respectfully. All residents are clearly well cared for with respect for their individuality and are well known to all staff. Everyone is approachable and they prioritise the needs of the residents.
Communication from the care home to myself as a relative is excellent.
My mum appears to be happy, settled and has now been a resident at Chichester Hall for over a year. She tells me that she is well cared for and doesn't need to ask for anything.

The food is of top quality and there is always a choice for all residents.

Overall Experience

The staff at here are concerned and welcoming people who do everything they can to look after the residents and make them feel cared for. The place is always spotlessly clean and the food is delicious. Rooms are comfortable, well decorated and well furnished. My mother is very well cared for at the end of her life and I am pleased she came to Chichester Hall when it became impossible for her to continue in her own home.
