My grandmother has been in Ashwood Park over a year now and is really settled, she always says how well looked after she is. Two ladies are both wonderful carers and both go above and beyond to help care for my grandma.
Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are pleased to hear that your grandmother feels well cared for and settled at Ashwood Park. Your kind words about our dedicated carers are greatly appreciated.
This is an excellent home. Very friendly. All staff are excellent and make you feel at home and do everything to help. Meals are good and service excellent. Entertainment is very good and a lot of different things to participate in and the staff who run them are excellent in making you feel at home and happy.

Its a very good home for my nanna. Family visitors are always made welcome and staff are very approachable. My nanna is very happy here, couldn't ask for anymore than that.
Thank you for your kind words. We're very pleased to hear that you are happy with the care your Nanna is receiving and that you feel welcome in the home.
My mother in law was admitted into the hands of the intermediate care unit after spending 4 weeks in hospital. I cannot believe how much she has improved and this is all down to the fantastic care she is receiving. The Team leaders and care assistants are amazing nothing is a bother to them. From the moment you enter Ashwood Park you are greeted with a smile and a hello. Her room is kept clean and is odour free. She has said they feed you too much ha ha but I have been there when they offer her a choice from the menu on the day and there is always an alternative if it is not what she wants. There is lots of activities on and this is given to her at the beginning of the week on an activity planner. The residents are offered hot and cold drinks throughout the day and when we are visiting we are also offered these. The volunteer gardener is so pleasant and jolly. They have the ducks in the garden and when the weather is nice I have witnessed the residents sitting in the garden
Very good - Excellent.

We are so grateful for the care and attention that mam has received in the time that she has been in Ashwood P.R for rehabilitation care. The staff are attentive, friendly and have provided excellent support to meet her care and medical needs. They also liaise with all of mam's secondary care providers and ensure that all appointments are coordinated and met. We have 'peace of mind' as we know that mam is safe and well.

The time I spent at Ashwood Park on the nursing unit, I received the best care I have ever received in the nursing profession. They are all such amazing, caring and kind people who work so hard. If I could stay longer I would and I look forward to volunteering once I'm well enough to do so.

Our dad received the best care from Ashwood Park, the staff are amazing. The family cannot thank them enough. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room, not the public areas.

The staff are very kind, thoughtful and attentive and they built up a very good relationship with my mother over this period, providing dedicated care for her until she sadly passed away. As her physical and mental health declined over time, her care and support needs were met and any necessary equipment was put in place quickly. As a visitor, you were always made to feel welcome.
The care home is maintained to a very high standard. It is a very pleasant and safe place, and the residents are content. The food and general catering were excellent, and the tea trolley was never far away!
The care home management has always been extremely quick to respond to any questions we had as a family. In my view, the establishment is run very well and we are very pleased that this is where our mother spent her final years.
