Overall Experience

Our mother has been a resident of Kings Court for a year. The building is a bit of a rabbit warren with lots of corridors but the main rooms and bedrooms are fine. All the staff are fantastic from the manager, admin to all the care assistants, cleaners and laundry people. There haven't been many staff changes over the last year showing that the workforce is happy and giving continuity to the residents. The food is outstanding, a credit to the catering staff. We would recommend Kings Court to friends and family.

Meet the Team (1)

Hayley Coatsworth
Hayley CoatsworthJob Title:Home ManagerJoined: 2024

I’ve worked at Kings Court for almost 19 years, having started as a Care Assistant before progressing to Senior Carer, then Deputy Manager and now Home Manager.

I joined Care UK because they really care about both residents and colleagues. They do an amazing job of helping team members in their homes to progress.

As Home Manager, I run Kings Court and ensure everyone in the home is safe and happy. I believe the most important quality to have is to care. I care about residents and will do everything I can to ensure they have a fulfilling and happy life while living with us at Kings Court.

I love my job. Becoming a Home Manager at Kings Court has been the biggest highlight of my career to date. I’m excited to make positive changes in my role, as I love to see residents happy and loving lives. I’m proud when I know that we as a team are making Kings Court an amazing place to live.

A fun fact about me is that I come from a farming family, and I love cows! When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family.
